oh, that should customize, default, it haven’t that feature, it use pric from your product field by default and print via webprint. Thank you!

Hello, my support has expired, but I’m experiencing the following issue with the application downloaded to the mobile phone to access the POS. When orders are completed, they do not update automatically in WooCommerce under the “Orders” tab. Sometimes it takes days, other times hours, for the updates to occur. This is causing a problem with the product inventory as it is not being deducted. I would like to know if you are aware of this issue or have any information regarding this error. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

default is no, if you want, you can consider a customize service to do it . note: pos device is public device, easy got security trouble , it do not like as online website, all action done on customer device ( a private device) . that why in store, they use terminal / scanner instead enter credit card . How does the sync-order work ? – in demo, orders doesn’t seem to sync, just staying as ‘missing order’
it sync by automatic with background process.
ok, so there’s a problem in demo – or have you changed something in demo ? When pos is trying to sync, it gives error 500..

are you guys compatible with it? the issue happen with the products that have special pricing, when a user is logged in as a shop manager or administrator, the POS detects the price discount but adds the item at full price. can you please advice.

Hi, Is it possible to return partially. like 1 billed 2 quanity of one product and i like to return 1 no of that product.. which is not working that way in POS only i can return 2 quantity as per billed. Any solution
