the support is on codecanyon 6 month. We only make support for issues and bugs. Not for installation or setup help. The cors proxy is not a tool from us and not included in the package from this radio. You can use a developer forum for create a own cors proxy server.

Hola, nuevamente yo. Usted me brinda un link donde puedo ver el por que no se reflejan los nombres de las canciones, todo los ajustes del servidor y códigos WP, ya se ajustanton en un comienzo. Cuando nosotros vamos a la web del reproductor y armamos el código corto, tampoco logramos ver los nombres de la canción. Por esa razon, dejamos el link de nuestra corriente de streaming, para que puedan ver que en la misma web del reproductor no funciona. espero gracias.

Hola, me enviaron el mismo link para que vea eso. Pero el player emitía los nombres y de repente sin motivo ni cambios dejo de hacerlo, en la misma página de ustedes donde se crea el código cortó tampoco sale el nombre de la cancion. Necesito que prueben el link ustedes mismos en su web. Si me van a responder lo mismo solicito un reembolso de la compra. Espero respuestas gracias
We do not provide installation support. But we have see, your webserver response with a html 403 error (look at your browser console). The script can’t load the song. Best way is ask a local webdeveloper.

Our web developers have encountered an issue with the plugin that they believe stems from the shortcode generator.
When they try to use the “shortcode generator”, it has a problem showing the correct radio title and artist name:

They believe it’s not a problem with our site server because these weird title characters appear on your “shortcode generator” as the first step already.

Hello, if you change the site, the plugin will also reload. Best way is tu use a AJAX-Website. This site will only load the changes from the content and the header/footer is alway visible. Or you make a little Popup with the player.

Hello, I know there’s been many questions and answers on this topic but just needed a little guidance. The radio player is working fine but the artist and titles are not showing up on my website. Now when I generate the shortcode on your website everything shows up fine. I am using the wordpress plugin on a wordpress website. I have tried all the metadata options and they all work on your site but on mine it just shows a radio title not the artists song title. I’m using https but my stream is http. Solved! So for those needing a little help on getting the plugin to work properly depending on your website, make sure to use shoutcast so the titles display correctly because on icecast sometimes it doesn’t work right. Next,make sure to disable any other plugins and also check your code to make sure it matches exactly because I was copying all but one letter and it wouldn’t show up.
