Hi, I’d like to set up my restaurant’s reservation system. I have 2 tables for 2, 7 tables for 4, 5 tables for 6, and 2 VIP tables for 10. Customers can book and pay a minimum of €10 per person using Stripe during three time slots: 5 PM to 6:30 PM, 6:30 PM to 8 PM, and 8 PM to 10:30 PM. I also need backend admin access for bookings.
Is it possible for you to show me a working demo of both the frontend and backend via a link? I tried your backend but couldn’t see the frontend after configuration. Furthermore, everything deleted after a few minutes, preventing me from running simulations.
Please help me get a persistent example where I can log in and test everything. Thank you.

I have a two part pre-purchase question.
We offer to book a sports ground for minimum 1 hour and half an hour increments after that, for example 5 to 6, 6 to 7:30 or 7:30 to 10 PM.
Question 1.1:
Now suppose someone books the ground for 1 hour – 5 PM to 6 PM. And someone else wants to book the ground from 6:30 to 7:30. They shouldn’t see the timeslot to book from 6:30. So that the empty time between 6 PM and 6:30 PM is not wasted. They can book from 6 to 7 or 7:30 to 8:30 PM or even 10 to 11:30 PM. So that there aren’t any empty 30 minute slots which leads to revenue loss. Is there a feature which allows us to add some logic to the slot availability so that there are no 30 min gaps between bookings?
In other words, The time slot from 6:30 PM should not be available if a previous booking is for 5 to 6 PM. Only 6 PM onward slots should be available to book – for example 6 to 7, 7 to 8, 7 to 8:30, 7:30 to 8:30, 8:30 etc. Again, if there is a previous booking for 5 to 6, and someone books from 7 to 8:30, then the 9:30 slot should not be available to book.
I hope I was able to explain this.. if you need any clarifications, please ask.
Question 1.2:
In case the above functionality is not possible, could we charge the customers for that empty 30 mins between bookings if they want to book the 6:30 slot?
Say we charge $100 for 1 hour. Someone books 5 to 6 PM slot for $100. Along comes another customer and they want to book the 6:30 slot. Because the difference between last booking and the current booking they are trying to make is 30 minutes, additional $50 is added to their booking amount to make up for the empty 30 minutes. A note is displayed on the payment screen saying that additional charge for 30 mins payable or a separate sub-total row is displayed.
If they change the time to 7 to 8, the prices go back to $100.

Hello! Some pre-sales questions:
1) Can individual booking forms for each staff member be embedded in a page?
2) Are multi-day bookings possible? (ie. 9PM Wednesday to 6AM Thursday)
3) Can different $ rates be charged for different time of day (ie normal pricing, after-hours pricing)
4) After booking is submitted, can customer be redirected to a custom URL?
5) Can booking data/parameters/tags be sent via the redirect URL for each completed booking? Example: Start_Time=, End_Time=, Customer_Email= etc. etc.

Pre-sales question; I run a mobile business and all I really need is a calendar option so clients can select a time slot, an option for them to select the number of slots they’d like out of the number we have available, and for them to submit their contact information. We collect payments onsite so we will not be using that payment gateways. Is there a way to bypass all the other steps such as location, categories, services, employees, etc so we can make it plain and simple with as few steps as possible for them to book their time slot?

Thank you, will look into that. Is there a way to display how many spots are available for each time and how many are left that haven’t been booked? My clients tend to book groups at a time and wish to find time slots that have as many spots as they need available so displaying how many are open would be something that I prefer to show.

Am I correct is thinking this calendar only has 1 way integration with other (main) calendars like google, outlook etc. So it can put bookings into your calendar but it can’t tell if that time is actually available on your main calendar

hi can i request function to limit the user register the event ?
for example im add booking tour for only 5 people in one time, so when its already full they cant choose that tour time – they can only choose the other time thats not full.
like this : Monday – there’s 2 time for the tour : 01:00 – 02:00 PM & 04:00 – 05:00 PM
if 01:00 – 02:00 already registered by 5 people then after that people cant register – they have to choose 04:00 – 05:00.
