I see a lot of you complain about SMPT and email sending. Its relatively simple fix and misconfigure in .env file. You should navigate to file manager>this project> locate .env file > open to edit. In it locate

MAIL_DRIVER=smtp MAIL_HOST=smtp.zoho.com (in case of zoho) MAIL_PORT=587 (in case of zoho) MAIL_USERNAME=your login username to smpt service MAIL_PASSWORD=your login pass to smpt service MAIL_ENCRYPTION=tls or SSL
After it fill in data in admin dash to match it all of this aspects and than save.
If you have already saved wrong config and want to send test mail it wont work as it already have saved details. So before sending test mail, save new settings.
This solves it easily.
Oh yes and other thing good to check is if your firewall is blocking it. You will have to contact hosting provider to check it.
