can i use this template in Web blazor Application ??

there is a big mistake in the description of the templates.
it doesn’t include jquery but use vanilla js.
Not recommended for those unfamiliar with vanilla js
this error could mislead the buyer.
a version with jquery would be appreciated, vanilla js is very light and powerful but still not used.
