1. Is this plugin compatible with Eventin plugin ? Because I intent to use Eventin plugin to sell ticket and send customer qr code with your plugin.
2. Is it possible to add order id inside the qr code content ?

Hi, I am looking to buy this for a clients website, I have a few questions if ok
1) When the person at the event scans the QR code, does it update the status automatically to say they have checked into the event?
2) Can another person with a different role such as ticket manager at the event scan the QR code as the admin won’t always be at he events?
3) What can the ticket manager or person at the event scanning the QR codes use to scan the QR codes? Can they use a QR code scanning app on their phone or a webcam on a computer?
4) Does the person at the event scanning the QR codes have to be logged into the wordpress admin side of the website?
5) Can the product’s variation be displayed on the QR code? For example the product variation would be Child, Adult or Family
6) Can the QR code only be on some products for example just the ticket product and not on a badge product?
7) Are the QR codes generated automatically or do they have be created for each product?

1) It adds not to the order notes, and shows status after the scan (expired or not),
2) We have filters to change that, with it you can add different roles with a permissions to change the QR codes status
3) You don’t need any specific app, just a camera with a QR scan = )
4) Yes, that’s needed for the protection and that’s very important
5) Yes, plugin already works with the variations and variable products
6) Sure, it’s completely optional, and per product you can enable it with a checkbox
7) Plugin creates QR codes automatically when customer receives the order

i tested and email i received PDF with QR code on scan it says invalid QR code or used one…i tried placing order like ticket event ..with different email id and on compete status i get email with pdf but same invalid QR code or used one.

Is it possible to display the product’s variation while checking the QR Code ? I have the product name but not the variation product : it can be a problem for a “morning” and “afternoon” ticket of the same day. Thanks

Hello, we’ve just purchased your product. We would like to know how long we have to wait from the scan before it process that the QR code is already used because we were running some test and I have been able to scan a code for an order made 14 minutes ago several time and the result still telling me each time that the code is valid. Hi! Thanks for your comment! It’s connected with the user which have scanned the QR code. Only admin can change the status of the QR code, you need to be logged in on that device as an admin. If you will scan it as a user, you can see the status of the QR code and the info.

I’m not sure if you can select whether to create the QR code on some products and not on others.
For example, only create the QR in the “ticket” product but not in the “shirt” product.

Hello. In your demo, after scanning the QR and it shows green, it does not change order status nor does it show anywhere in order notes that it has been scanned. Is this how it’s supposed to work? For example if order is in “processing” and then QR scanned green, it does not update order to “completed” or any other custom status like “signed in”. Or at the least there should be message in order notes showing it as previously scanned.

Hi! thanks for the questions, Yes of course, it can work like that and can be combined with any product type. And you can sell it before the event (actually it doesn’t matter when to sell it)
Hi! Does the email work if the website runs on localhost or I need to host it? I’m currently running the website on localhost, the automatic emails after selling a product don’t work and I get this error when I try to resend an email manually: “[...] A critical error has occurred on your website. [EDIT] All problems related to mail server and qr code visualization seem to be solved. Howerver, the plugin doesn’t send any email after completing an order. What’s the problem related to? Is it possible to have a refound of the plugin?

My event its for 4 days, and each day have more than one event, so, the client can buy main event and workshops. My question is, its support multi-day checkin, or still configured to one checkin?
Hi! thanks for the question! It’s one checkin, because right now it’s connected with the woocommerce products, and I think your event made as a single product (not one product per day)

Hi! thanks for the comment, you can use any scan app from the AppStore or Google Play, just need to check supported barcode types. For example with an Iphone and QR, you don’t need an app at all, you can just scan it with a camera
