Hello! I sell personalized songs, so I have two products that need to be purchased before adding other instruments. So I thought the first step would be mandatory to buy one of the two products, and then in the following steps, the customer could choose additional items.
1 – Can I add two products in the first step, and only be able to checkout if one of the two products is selected?
2 – Each product in Woocommerce has an ID. Can I use this ID to create a ticket in another PHP panel so that the customer can submit the song? In this case, will the product ID be saved in the order?

1. Currently, the plugin offers to choose products mandatorily or optionally when going through steps, combining both mandatorily and optionally choosing products is not available. We will do more research on this request in future updates, thank you for this suggestion.

Actually, the activities on Cart and Checkout page are not related to our plugin. It only selects products in the set up list and add them all to cart.

In the plugin demo, it shows the computer parts and the user has a very practical interface, does this default interface have in the plugin or do you have to use CSS codes to adjust it? Do you provide a service to let the system work according to what the user wants? (of course it would be a charged service) Thanks.
I noticed that the shortcode to add the system to a specific page is not appearing, the Ajax model is not available in the free version, does it appear in the paid version?

Have a couple questions before buying. I want to enable our customers to create a gift box of their choice. We are planning to give them options for Item 1, Item 2, Notebook, Pen, etc.
Instead of cramming everything into 1 builder as the customer usually gets confused with so many choices, We want to give them various options like Green Set of 4, Blue Set of 6, etc.
However the builder page looks fine for a PC but could it look more like a product page with a featured image. Had a look at your bopo plugin but it doesnt have download as pdf and share link options which is very good for us as we are a B2B business and want our customers to reach us offline; we have set up our site to be a showcase website don’t sell through it.
What do you suggest?

The feature you ask for seems not suitable with this plugin. The admin will select products/categories for each step in the backend, and these products will be displayed on the frontend for customers to choose and add to their cart. Customers cannot customize these products.

Like the category second is depends on category first selection.
For e. g. if I select Category Fruits then it shows only fruit names from category second.

1. Yes, you must get the auto-update key on a domain in order to update the plugin automatically on that official domain, you can see this plugin license policy.. In the free version, you can add a maximum of 3 steps, the step icon is a premium feature.
You can assign categories/products for each step, just follow our documentation here (No 6)

Now I understand I can make a page with Product Builder page, but this page is not treated as woocommerce product and that was my question .. if I make a product page, can I list this in Shop -> https://prnt.sc/S2eo2J1E-XNE ? After using Filter, the Builder return very slow. The admin-ajax make 5s to show the builder for 1 section. Is there anything to reduce the ajax time?

The ajax filter should be faster than it’s before thanks to the pagination feature which has just been released, recently. Have you updated the latest version 2.2.0 of this plugin?
We have checked the ajax filter from our end, and its speed is perfect, so we suspect a conflict with the third plugin on your site; please try activating only our plugin and WooCommerce to confirm.
