Suggestion for Next Update: Consider including basic property details (property size, year built, supplied/not supplied, etc.) in the display as well as nearest utilities/facilities and their location to the property (airports, market, gym, school, train station, bus stop, etc.) within a reasonable radius, when clicking on a property. The absence of this information is immediately noticeable.

Yes sir , You can add it from admin panel facilities tab like if you want to show Area of Plot you can create it from facilities tab and attach it with category.

Hi guys, I think the app looks great. but honestly this properties should be linked to a web, that handles the same database and that the client can access from the web and from the app, which is also accessible to anyone who is either a property broker or a property owner can publish. Also some special area for other agencies, I think you have a diamond in your hands, I hope you put desire and work to achieve excel.

I can see very high demand for the website version of this app, I am sure when launched, it will increase sales hence, please keep us posted.
1. For monthly rentals, can we include ” daily/ weekly, monthly/ semi-annual, yearly” after the price? Eg $ 1000 monthly ?
2. What happened when a subscription expires? Does it mean all properties will be deleted automatically or they will still be available to the sellers account?
3. The subscription is on monthly, semi-annual, yearly etc?
4. Can the admin add property from different countries?
5. Can I add another payment gateway?
6. Does the subscription fee includes advertising fee or these are two different things?
7. Can you include below fields: – Country/ city/ state under notification on admin panel before selecting users? Because admin might want to send notification to users from one country or specific city hence above option will be of great help. Note:- when a field like “all ” is added on the notification, it will help guide admin to send notification to all users

Can you release the location so that we can try with our own locations

Unfortunately, we have disabled the location feature in our demo app to avoid confusion for users who may not find properties in their specific location. However, in the live version of our app, users can set their location for location based property result.
In live version users can set their location from edit profile therefore they can see their location’s results.
if user do not want to see his/her location’s property so they can remove location from edit profile.

Regarding your second inquiry, our app is designed for both buyers and sellers to use the same app without separate logins.
We are planning to develop a web version of our app in the near future.
In terms of language options, our app offers language customization from the admin panel, and any added language will automatically reflect in the app.
