demos not working
Hi! I’m interested in some of your players, but your demos are not working. I would like to see them working before buying… Thanks.
So when I purchase this I was under the impression it was a wordpress plugin is their a solution to have it work on the word press platform. If not I want my money back
can i add it on wix website editor?

Is your SHOUTcast & Icecast Radio Player any longer supported. Your demo is not working, and before purchase I would like to see it in action.
Of course it is supported, currently the radio station that was used for demo purposes is down hence the player is not playing anything. We are working to resolve it. But the player itself if fully functional. You can always email me the index page of your radio station so we can test compatibility on the environment and send you a video or image of outcome.
Can you provide a working demo, the demo is not working.

It looks like the player is not very responsive by design. Mobile users are complaining on Android that the buttons and text are small, on iOS the song info won’t load. Could you please check?
Hi, there was a change in Android few 10-12 months ago that made most players unresponsive, but in the latest update we fixed that. It is functional on both Android and iOS. However, it can be a problem from the hosting website where the player is installed on. You can use our profile page to send a link to the website so we can take a look and check the backend if there is any issues.

I have found an issue with retrieving artwork – sometimes both the iTune and Last.FM retrieval functions don’t work, resulting in no image or a white background with the star placeholder for the album artwork. Is there something we can do to fix this problem ? Thanks
Hello, the was a bit of difficulty from the Last.FM servers that were not releasing content with the correct bit rate. The player is now updated and iTunes is replaced with a robust response time.

I would like to remove the blurred background image and replace it with a solid color.
What is the easiest way to do this ?
I’m hunting through the CSS and js but it’s not clear to me how best to get this done.

Hi, The player is now updated, make sure you download the latest version. For the blurry effect, you need to do a bit of customization in the CSS. Search for ‘filter:’ and remove it or replace it with
background-color: #[hex color];

Hi, hope this is resolved via email, however, you need to treat Wix as just like a normal HTML website. Just upload the files, add the links in the header of the page. Then add the single line of the code as a post anywhere on your page that you would like to show the player.

Hi, there was an issue from the Last.FM servers. This issue is solved now and if you download an update the latest version of the player you will get the covers.

I am unable to get streams to play. A chance you could advise. Could you confirm, URL – is this for the website and where to put stream url. What is the src in js file for?
You would not need to modify the JS file. All you need to do is the set the URL in front of the src in the body tag of the html file and it will pick up the streaming URL from there. The API makes it pretty easy.

Presale question… Getting the album art from iTunes fails a lot and usually shows the wrong image!!! Does this have a way to disable getting the art from iTunes and instead show the album art coming from the stream?
