Yes, as all our software is template based, you can of course change the template to suit your needs. There is a front end editor included where you can modify the code, remove pages and so on.

I want to provide IT help desk services to 5 businesses. Each business has 5 employees. I will be the one who will be answering all the questions and responding to the tickets raised by these businesses/ employees.
Is this possible, if so, how can this be done?
I preferably want one website (is possible) where users can login but don’t want the 5 business to see tickets raised by other businesses.
Also, would there be one login per business or is it possible to have a seperate login for each employee?

2 questions: The demo doesn’t allow me to check the Users > Companies section it shows license invalid. Is it posible to check if domainname is @xxx.com add ticket to this company? And is it possible to add external email adresses in the ticket CC so they will get the response also in their email?
Thank you very much for your feedback. The demo has been fixed. The idea of the company is that all members inside the company have access to all tickets from this company. This way if someone is not available a colleague can check the tickets.

Yes, it is but for standard license only. If you charge your customers you will need the extended license. We received so many requests from our clients to have both options available. So we reduced the price for the standard license by 75% and added an extended license.
