Please check on ticket IPM #23 and IPM5 both have been opened regarding the same issue- have purchased the resell option but still get the screen to enter the purchase code, after following exactly all the instructions it still asks for purchase code- so it’s fraud! Please update ticket asap, no response on Whatsapp nor ticket.

Ordered 5 food menu items

Kitchen cooked and served (Kitchen panel shows 5 and after that order from kitchen panel gone when choose cook and done)

then they ordered another 3 food menu items

Kitchen cooked and served (here the kitchen order shows 8 items instead of 3)

After that, they finished and they want to pay

How do I use your restaurant pos to generate the invoice for them to pay with only one bill.

Coz in the end, the family will be billed 8 food menu items. But kitchen prepared 8+5 = 13 food menu items.

This is major issue. Please rectify ASAP

Hi, Sorry that there are lot of structural change in source code and database both so we can do any update for this version. So you need to reinstall the software

lot of changes in db structure and source code, so we can not update the old version, thats why we are allowing one more installation

well, first you asked me to send ticket to look after my issue, AND after I sent the ticket you asked me to give some time because your ticketing system was down. so if it is not working fine then you need to find a different way to solve our issues. our system are live and no way to wait for days to solve a big critical issue with the script .

Major error on the running orders and kitchen orders. The figures are not tally after making modification to the existing orders. This POS cannot work if this is not fixed. It will create a big mess to the kitchen and financial loss to the restaurant who use this POS system. Please fix this major issue

Please note that to achieve lot of very important features as per our lot of client requests the version 7.0 is having lot of DB Schema changes and source code structure change too. That’s why we are unable to provide update from here that will cause the system not workable. We are allowing you to install one more copy for your license.

Hi there, Sorry that if this confuses you. Actually the system is now support unlimited kitchen panel and KOT based on category. So this is now no more limited to only KOT and BOT, it has now support for unlimited KOT and that can be defined category wise. Thanks!

1. How can i restrict sale of a product only to be sold when its available in stock.?

i dont want Negative ( – ) stock . i want to restrict sales only on items that have ingredients in stock.

So we want to setup a bar and food kitchen .. when I place soft or hard drink order it should go to bar kot and when I punch main course order it should go to main kitchen kot
