1. When a driver arrives and encounters a rude rider, how does he cancel the ride. There is only slide to start option. There should also be slide to cancel a ride by the driver. 2. Let say Cash is the payment option and the driver collects the cash. How does the app collect commission/fee from that cash payment? 3. If the rider runs without paying, the transaction will remain at the payment status pending payment. How can the money be collected? Should there be an option to collect the payment before the ride start? 4. When driver gets an alert to a ride request, it only shows accept or cancel without giving info such as distance from driver to rider, the amount of the ride, the distance of rider’s point A to B, and possible the rider. Driver seems to be clueless about these info to decide whether to accept or cancel the request. 5. What is the default distance from rider to driver to get a request alert? Is there a way for rider/driver to set distance between rider and driver to get request to ride alert? Like a driver only wants to get request a ride alert if the rider is within 3 miles.
1. driver/ and rider both can cancel ride before trip starts by verified otp, in active trip on clicking profile of driver or rider there is cancel button to cancel trip. 2.commision of cash trip is added on pay to admin section and driver can pay from there with active payment gateway by admin. 3.in our sytem estmate fare is shown before and actual fare is calculated as per actual km covered at then end , may be it can increase as more distance covered as compared to estimated so amount can not be generated before and payment can not be taken from rider before. Its driver responsiblity to take cash payment while ending trip, admin has option to deactivate such kind. 4. this option is not available for now might be provided in future updates 5. admin has only option to set ride request radius in km.

1. First go that particular file. 2.Now in that file go to imports (you will see them on the top of your file) 3. Add this import com.rideincab.user.R
Here ‘com.rideincab.user’ this is Ridein package name pls replace with your package name.

Hello, our app has option to create any category of vehichle into pooling. passanger can book 1 or 2 number of seats on selecting a vehichle type if he wants to chosse pool.

Hello, payment gateway setting page is hidden in demo… PayPal, stripe, flutterwave, paytm, Braintree are integrated and for bank payout PayPal stripe and manual bank transfer system is integrated.

1. can you give high level technical design…app, front end and backend services, including databases? 2. How is app deploy managed? How long do you provide ongoing support? 3. How is data access audited? 5. How is user security setup and managed? 6. How are logs monitored? 7. What mechanisms to prevent hacking (outside SSL) 8. What is the response SLA from the driver and passenger apps? 9. Where are drivers background checks performed and stored? 10. How do you ensure drivers don’t cheat on app? Pickup ride and immediately stop the ride and make them pay them directly.
this application in the test does not have the option to delete the account requested by google play.
To buy, I need to know when or if the final application has this option, as required by google policy?!

script is now updated with delete account feature from android user and driver app. it will just deactivate account from backend when anyone tries to delete account. it will pass the requirement of new policy change as per google.
