Do not purchase a plugin that’s been out of date for several years, you will likely have too many issues and bugs. This developer is now running a paid for widget service on their website, so obviously they have no interest in upkeeping this plugin. Please do not purchase it, just a waste of money at this point!

This plugin does not work as advertised. It is extremely limited and not flexible at all. Also, I have had issues with the accuracy of the forecast information and this is a problem since our factory depends on a daily basis on accurate weather forecast. But this is not my issue, my issue is that you guys and Envato are the worst companies with customer service that I ever met.

I started the request on March 10th, the reason was that the item did not work as advertised. It was very limited and did not fulfill my site’s needs, plus the accuracy issue.

The Author of the plugin replied to my initial request through Envato. They claimed I did not contact the author’s support team. My initial claim was done 21 DAYS AGO and the team of Elsight replied 16 DAYS AGO.

Anyway, I decided to go ahead and start the claim as Elsight requested.

Then on March 15th the Elsight team replied to my support request declaring that they received the request, gave a request ID and everything, and declared I would have to wait until they reply. I waited five more days and they have not contacted me again, so I sent another email asking for an update, and it has been absolute silence since then.

It has been close to a month since this started. Elsight is a terrible author with worthless support. And it is shocking that Envato allows people like this with such low quality standards. I am never buying anything from Envato again.

Hello, i installed the plugin and unfortunatly i can’t use it because of a conflict with WP Bakery parralax option : rows paralax don’t work anymore when a weather widget is on the page. Could you please refund this order ?

also the feature is noy working like wheather forcast is not working(changing or visible) according to visitor’s location.

We’re not getting any revert or help from Support team, we are Web developer and we have purchased this Plugin for one of the Website as per Client’s requirements, Site is incomplete without this functionality (this plugin’s feature) and Client is asking again and again, also yelling on us, it’s humble request to you please resolve the issue or Money back ASAP.
