Does it have screening feature? Like after application I can select some users or everyone to give an quiz test based on quiz result I’ll go further anything like that ? Ai based quiz generation or anything
Here is a presale question, please confirm if Recruitment module allows the job applicant to login or they just get notifications. As i noticed there is offer letter attached, do they need to login to download? or they just get an email as well?
Job applicant login feature is not available. Offer latter is on a public link. It sends to the applicant email to process.

Application Source when adding job application is populated with repeated sources, meanwhile it cannot be deleted from the front end…Take a look and fix this soon in next update

These are pre defined sources. You can add more and manage them but you can’t delete pre defined sources.

Fine, but why the repeating of sources ? Each is 3 times, why the repeated? Facebook is 3 times LinkedIn is 3 times all showing in the dropdown when applying for a job…meanwhile it can’t be edited or removed

My suggestion is to make “career site” a custom domain and each company can decide what domain they want.

We’re having problem when we add Job description it only saves it as a plain text it doesn’t allow new lines or any text formation like bold, italic etc.
The bug is also in your demo.

the job slug ui-developer could only English, when I input other language as the job title(job name), the apply link will be blank and 404, please change the slug structure without job title in the URL, thanks

How can i get older version (compatible with your current solution) of worksuite to run your Recruitment module. or you will share worksuite with your module
I apologize, but an older version of the software is not available. The current version was created with the upcoming new user interface in mind, which is scheduled to be launched on February 28th.
Therefore, it may not be compatible with previous and current versions of the worksuite.
could you implement. 1- ability to upload more than one file in job application
2- ability to add custom fields in application forms
also its interesting for the saas version to have genral jobs portal that pull data from all companies job ads. or a module that does that.

Add question in job and all the questions of the job will show on application form.

You can see all companies data on saas jobs menu page. You can hide or show the job page.
