Hello my plugin has stopped calculating correctly and is off by about 2 days. When I change the start date to test it, the countdown number never changes.

Csn you share settings?

which settings do you need exactly? I have it on the correct time zone and it is set to PAST and just show days. reset interval is 86400 seconds

Then, share a demo url.

Hi, Thanks for previous info. Have now purchased this version.

I have an issue with countdown calculation. From todays date 29/07/2025 to my end date 18/02/2025 is 211 days, however the plugin is showing only 204

My system date and time setting are correct. Can you advise?

Great looking plugin

Have just emailed you an image via your AthenaStudio email address.

Issue now resolved… many thanks

Ok. Thanks!

I’ll be happy if you rate my plugins.

Bought this plugin but unfortunately it doesnt work with my theme. Whole website gets affected. I can send an image. Refund please.

You could write it before to solve the issue. If write the url, I can have a look.

Why is the timer not responsive?

It’s responsive. It fits your container size and resizes if the container is responsive.

Hey, is it possible to add a delay between each Auto Reset? Otherwise, it just keep counting without a break. Thanks.

There isn’t a break/delay option.

Hey, I tried to reach out to you on your website, but the contact form says “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

You can PM from my Envato profile.

I put the fliptimer in my website but it is not displaying properly and if put in too big, it breaks the page. Please advise. Website is: https://campcmc.com/

There’s an inline CSS which prevents li tag style.

https://prnt.sc/eMJOsrFftZq9
li{
    font-size:15px !important;
    line-height:22px !important;
}

You should add it by writing the container name, too.

Can this timer do 1000 days or just 999 days? Thanks

You can change days count to show.

have problem with countdown timer as cannot get text to display and also below countdown there is a large empty space before my products list if you email me I can send you images

Can you share a test url?

Hi, Does this plugin have evergreen option ? I want it to work when someone visits the site and the countdown starts from 27 minutes for examples, and resets when he revisits the website Thank you

No. You should include cookie by coding by yourself.

Hello, its pre-sale question. I need a timer, which is countdown time to 13:00 every day

some scenario: - now is 15:00. Timer shows 22 hour left

- now is 10:00. Timer shows 3 hour left

timer shoud reset automaticly every day at 13:00, and count time for the closest 13:00 oclock

is possible?

Yes. There’s auto-reset option.

hi. is it possible to have a 24 hour countdown that only triggers when someone came on the site?

You can change timer settings to auto-start. But, you should add your own PHP codes to make it as you want.

I don’t know how to do it, could you?

No. Sorry!

Hello, what a nice countdown!!! great work!!! One question though, I can see: “Auto reset option which lets you reset timer in every minutes, hours or days” Does it means thet I can set an auto restart automaticaly? I need the countdown to restart every 2 days… Thanks a lot

It resets the timer in a time interval automatically if you set it up so.

Hello!! Thank you for this new update! I am still very happy to use this fabulous plugin. Very good work! Thanks again!

The countdown is nice but it doesn’t work in my site’s sidebar (“Enfold” theme): a part of it is hidden on the right (the seconds count). I read the previous comments, and I put the following code in Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS:

.fliptimer ul li { font-size:100%; }

but it did not work. Then I tried with the following code:

.fliptimer ul { padding: 0 !important; list-style: none !important; }

but it did not work. can you help me? Can’t resize with shortcodes? Here is the link, you can see the countdown on the right and below.

Thank you.

I see that, it changed. You should clear the browser cache.

Oops, that’s right, you’re right, now it works! Sure, the word “second” is still a little hidden, but still it’s better!

You can decrease 0.5 to a smaller number.

Hi, I bought the component, this is its code, and it worked for me until 15 minutes ago, suddenly it stopped working. I need it now!!!! Where do you enter the purchase code? Maybe that’s why?

8afb7dc8-c456-4499-96a7-3d611cc16e6f

You should enter a future date. I don’t know what you did! You can write a demo url in order to check it out!

Hi, I just bought your plugin fliptimer. I have installed it but when I add the shortcode in elementor the countdown is way too large. It is only visible when I set it too 33%. I have only used hours and minutes and the countdown badges are broken in the middle. It looks awfull!! Can you help me please?

Your container width-height.

I have found the container but now I only see in yelluw “min” and ” sec” and nothing more. I just can’t use your plugin. This is the code that I have now

[fliptimer date=”2023/01/18 07:09:15” timeZone=”+1” past=”false” showDay=”false” showHour=”false” showMinute=”true” showSecond=”true” dayText=”Dagen” hourText=”Uur” minuteText=”Minuten” secondText=”Seconden” bgColor=”#2a24d4” digitColor=”#f20505” textColor=”#f5f11b” borderRadius=”1” boxShadow=”false” currentDate=”false” multiColor=”false” autoReset=”true” resetInterval=”1200” expireType=”redirect” message=”Sorry, je hebt te lang gewacht!” redirect=”https://happylifesessies.nl/product/regulier-4-online-sessies-met-klaziena/”]

When I use a free plugin it works just fine, so why not yours?

You should write a demo url.

i just I purchased flip counter and my site is in Hebrew rtl. how can I revert it

There’s not prebuilt RTL support. But, if you write a test url, I can have a look Bootstrap styles.

The bottom half of the numbers is not displayed.

I think, you should clear the browser cache. Because, I checked it with Chrome, Firefox and Edge and everything is ok!

Thank you. I did reinstall it earlier. Must just be ISP cache then, cause I’ve cleared my own. Thanks!

Ok. Thanks! I’ll be happy if you rate my item!

Hello,

I saw that in your plugin we can change the terms (minutes, hours, months, etc.). However, as my site is in two languages, I would like to be able to present the countdown in both languages. Is it possible?

Also, is it possible for example to display only days or hours, on the same line as text, in a short code? Most of the counters I’ve tried put the text below the counter.

See : https://paste.pics/GVQNP

Thanks in advance!

Ok. Thanks for buying my item!

Works very well!! Thank you.
