Hi, The issue on your site is not caused by our plugin. We’ve been trying to fix this, tried to make it happen on our site but we don’t see anything like it on your site. And when the Elementor update version 3.12.0 was released, we tried to update on your site and the issue was resolved…

personally I am slightly confused about Elementor updates and your plugin, does this mean that every time that elementor has another update your plugin will break? Or when your plugin has another update that it won’t work with previous elementor? So sorry, but this is confusing.

As I said, we have been trying to make it happen on our site… use the previous version of Elementor…But it’s not happen on our site. When I checking on your site, I see the issue:”Failed to load resource: The server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)”. This is caused the Elementor not work. And to fix this, we will check one by one plugin, check your theme… And I see Elementor was released an update version and I have tried to update it… Then the issue disappear…

hey guys, I’m using the Savoy Theme from themeforest and your plugin. Currently I have the problem with the thumbnails. After choosing one thumbnail the page shows a different image. The new update was released only for MACOSX . When I unzip the file there is only the new version for MACOSX
No, you can use the zip file to install normally. Also, the plugin support auto update so you have not to unzip it.

Updating to any version from version 1.1.6.1 onwards gives 100% the same error.
Due to the same error, elemator cannot update after Version 3.3.1.
Images cannot be uploaded without support renewal.

Hi, it depend on the theme when in the widget Woo Product Image, we use the option Theme Default. If the theme always custom the standard Woo Product Image then I think you should ask the theme author to disable it.
