hello. i wrote a ticket for a big bug in my installed system. first time 2 weeks ago with all details. ticket was set to colsed but bug is not fixed. yesterday i wrote a new ticket – no reply. this bug is new, users making withdraw from their wallet. assets are away from their main wallet but not sended. im loosing all my clients at the moment.
we very sorry for delay, later today will be a huge release that why the support is very less active until we release the update very soon
as for closed it means replied, locked = cant reply to it, if you have a ticket and we replied to it (closed) then just send reply to it and it will change to (open) where we can continue discussing it and fixing it

if you do not update the blockchains on the ecosystem you are getting a 1/5 from me its been 5-6 months we spent money and you have 3-4 blockchains added, have used tatum before its not complex, the new update has investment schemes, yet you refuse to finish the core code. finish or 1/5 reviews. you dont even have bitcoin set up!
5 out of 17 tokens, it took my team on another project 3 weeks to add all the tatum api code and they all work, please focus and finish, you sold 55 copies ecosystem at $1k thats your largest earner. yet its the one you have neglected.

we got it done in 3 weeks all tokens on MPC, I would love to do it with our code license, but we cant obviously as you have your updates.
We can add them and more blockchains but it will be high fees method, we are working on a method that have lowest costs on admin while gives him highest profit possible
Please stop trying to forcefully make us develop, this is against envato roles, we will do as we said and planned

10 days over on 1st ticket #SP-2266 raised for proper Ecosystem & native trade working but still no luck. Only excuses, no proper solution. I am ready to pay extra but issues has to be fixed ASAP.
your issue was > claiming that update 2.2.5 broken you site, but now i see its working
you claimed that we broken your dns when you used multiple sites inside same cpanel account and we told u what the issue was and after you did the guide now its working properly
you claimed that we broke the site but in the ticket you contacted us saying you broke it and u want help
we cant process your ticket if every issue you have you blame us for even if its your vps issue of your dns issue or your easy apache bundle issue, those are not related to us and spreading lies duo to issue in your vps is very bad thing to do,
we will process the ticket when you act properly and stop such acts
and by the way even after all that, i just checked and you didnt follow the update notes properly
as for why all bundle files show error 404 it was because of permission issue (again, an issue in your vps) and we posted its guide in our docs
anyway even that issue we fixed for you
and if we hear any of such bad comments you posting even thou we doing more than the support policy to help you then we will report your case to envato and close the ticket as we not obligated to fix your own vps issues

duo to the permissions issue, the files didnt get updated , so what ever issue u find its because the files didnt update at all and you still on old version
anway, we fixed that manually too
My friend, Bad comments are because I didn’t get any proper replies on tickets I raised long back. It’s frustrating when you wait a long period & then get improper reply. Please consider supporting installation with extra pay. I won’t mind that.
Second, It’s not the VPS issue, all other systems in codeignitor, laravel, nodeJS are working fine on the same VPS. I followed all your recommendations & notes. Many things I fixed too from backend but Thanks for your resolution for this update.
Third, ecosystem CSS has still not been fixed in v2.2.5 which I was expecting. So still waiting on main resolution ASAP, because it’s already long.

The issue is you get angry on everything. We get replies in tickets in same way results in bad comments. You could have simply told to check with issue 14 in docs in ticket too. Give respect, take respect friend.

You are just giving excuses from the day first, I think your system is not ready properly, I just want the system running, I already provided all the credentials(WHM,cpanel) from my side, so why do you not ask me exactly what you want from me? The custom token is still not showing properly. Bugs in the graphs. Withdrawal not working properly it shows a server error. I was planning to purchase 2 more copies, I already have 2 core licenses, but I am not satisfied with the service you are giving till now, Your team is just focused on clearing the tickets without giving any satisfactory solutions. you complain because kucoin provider dont work for you, i checked you dont have kucoin provider activated and u did activate it by a bad method without a license so it didnt work as it missing files ,
we told u about it thou and that in the ticket
anyway now i see you changed to coinbase pro but it told you connection failed and you and it gave your the error
coinbasepro requires “apiKey” credential
which means you didnt add the api key how do u expect a connection to work if you dont add api ?

My dear, Firstly, I have not added Kucoin hard, It was installed and setup completely by you or your team.
Second, My biggest concern is a custom token is not showing properly I already have given screenshots, why you are not talking about that? It’s a UI issue.

the issue you having is as follows : u using apache and nginx integration is a wrong way that made paths dont work properly and so it couldnt load all the css and js from the public folder where the files are built, this issue is caused by easy apache in your whm. you need to understand the issue first to say something about it, updating dont make errors, the vps it self has errors
So v2.2.4 is working properly because?
2.2.5 works for everyone else because?
That’s why asking your help for proper config v2.2.5. It broke too in v2 initial release which was fixed later.
While all other laravel apps & nodeJS apps are working properly on server including bicrypro v2.2.4, only v2.2.5 is not. Don’t just say something to close it on me.

After many comments and many tickets, I still could not use this system properly, there is always an excuse. It still does not show the balance of wallet to the user It is not possible to withdraw from the wallet And every time the protest says that your problem is VPS, but I sent the VPS information to him 6 days ago

your whole issue is because u didnt add TRX in the tron blockchain that caused the issue you reported, we sent u full report of how the issue happened and how to fix it(which is actually by just following our docs where we said each blockchain need balance for withdrawal fee)
