Hi,

It’s not my plugin related issue.

You should open Settings / General in WP admin panel and fill in Site Title field.

Already done, clearly. When your plugin is not active the title appears correctly.

You should have a look if you use up-to-date version of WordPress and PHP 8.x.

Also, you can open Debug mode of WP to see if there’s an error.
