It occurs if you are logged in to different panel as like customer or admin or seller or delivery boy panel from same browser.Use different browser for each panel.Then you must not face this issue.

Sellers can’t request delivery boy for order. Only admin can.

New update will release next. What issue you are facing?
some UI issues with older UIs, google navigation was not set to the store loccation befor picking up the order, its better if the seller or the admin can track the place of the driver as to assign drivers for their sales, delivery cost on the delivery distance should vary for examle the delivery cost should be mentioned per kilometer or miles, i didnt find a place to add the users logitude and the latitude a sfor the delivery rider can view through google map to deliver it to the place
We will check those points in future updates. But these points are seems personal requirements and can be vary business to business diagram.
as you have mentioned this is for the active ecommerce and the active ecommerce is an multivendor application if ther are multiple sellers the admin/sellers should have to track the riders where the riders are and who is nearby to deliver the order, thats why i have mentioned that feature as well.
then the store location is needed if the rider is bit far, to find the location of the store after he is assigned
then the customers location is required to added or tracked because it is not able to navigate to the riders to customers place if he doesn’t knew the place
as well as if the delivery cost can be assigned per kilometer it is able to deliver by calculating the kilometer automatically, it is better to add as an shipping type that can be selected
and the final requirement where i have gone through the comment section too many were requesting about the google live tracking feature, as it would be easy for the customers too
For this accuracy it will actually need to implement google map and even for some feature it will need to use paid google map’s premium API. Also all of the customers of ours mainly favor fixed rate shipping cost. Kilometer based shipping cost calculation is complex for maximum real user. Though if you will need this feature urgently you can custom the script from source code level.

This is a nice app you have here.
Like many of your potential customers, I have been waiting for an update on the delivery challenges to purchase the full set of apps and add-ons. To really introduce this app as a game changer marketplace, especially in Africa, sellers should be able to handle all aspects of delivery (from adding Delivery Boys to assigning deliveries), at least the option should be made available for the Admin to decide wheter to give the sellers that power or not. From experience, I will say it will be seriously tedious for the Admin to handle delivery related activities as the marketplace grows, and many conflicts/ incidents/challenges might arise as a result of the admin being in charge of deliveries.
I trust you guys to be great and creative developers to roll up this update to respond to the high demand and need of your current and future customers.

Can this app work like uber? anyone ordering should find nearby delivery agents and their charges, this will be great. More like an uber clone but for delivery. auto detection of delivery agents.
It’s not available.For this it will need to integrate google map’s premium feature which may not agreed by maximum customer levels of ours.So for this it may good to custom the script accordingly your requirements.
