1. Full application cost : Android, IOS, admin panel.
2. API’s, Framework’s: Any Third-party’s these needed for live streaming, chatting, payment’s etc… for cost estimate.
3. Server : which type of Minimum server’s to use load the data etc.. and cost
4. Hosting: best hosting for these type of photos, document, AVD paly and shooting to loading synchronisation with mobile apps
5. Admin panel : here what are the things to be changed on to front end UI and server side data to be effective. Customize changes: cost
6. Finally : finally from end product how I will use this NDA, sell for my end client?

I think you need to develop a lot more in the script. and you need to update to flutter version 3
