We have raised a ticket regarding the built-in Razorpay payment order id not updated when order placed via app issue couple of months back, but still no response.
Have never seen the support so slow.
We have bought 4 licenses and using it for magento store. This issue is keeping us from proceeding to production.

I’m sorry to hear that you have been experiencing issues with Razorpay for Magento.
However, as the Magento column in feature indexes, the FluxStore Pro app does not support Razorpay for Magento, and we do not have any direct integration with Razorpay for Magento.
Therefore, the issue you are experiencing with the built-in Razorpay payment order ID not being updated when orders are placed through your app is not related to our application.
I suggest you consider using another payment, such as Paypal.

please fix the flux store pro EXTENDED version on github so that when loading it on m1 mac or intel the package opens WITHOUT error .. i have had a developer in china, philippines, pakistan, USA, south america, Bangladesh open it on 5 different computers and they all say the same thing that there are major issues with the products launch .. missing, old or outdated dependencies..
even when we set the bundle id and configure the env.prop with tall the info it still does not open ..
i know im not going crazy because 5 people said the same thing and ive wasted 60 hours or more troubleshooting problems that i DID NOT CAUSE this is not fair to me as a consumer to have to worry about problems like this everytime you update
