Hello! I am wondering if you have the ability to shop all the products and then select your rental date span only once in checkout. I know this is a big ask especially for inventory management, but with a baby gear renting company and all the small items, and with only one drop off and pickup this would ensure that the user doesn’t book the items for different date ranges and only puts the date range on checkout. Any ideas of how to set this up?

Hi, Presale question: booking calculate 24h for booking? For example, if the booking is made only for 24 hours, one day should be calculated, if the 24 hours are exceeded, two days should be calculated (eg: booking from March 1st at 10:00 a.m. to March 2nd at 10:00 a.m. will be one day, and if the reservation is from March 1st at 10:00 a.m. to March 2nd at 11:00 a.m., 2 days should be calculated). 2-nd question: Booking form can be customized with css?

Hi We do not have on demo. But form back end there are settings via which your pricing requirements can be achieved.

Pre-sales question: Will the plugin remove a rental unit from being available after someone books that particular unit and if that person leaves before their end date can the admin change the end date on their order and release the unit back to what’s available?

Hi Yes, once the product is rented out will not be available for book. And once rental duration is completed it will added to the stock automatically.

Hello, I’m having issues with the stock. I created an inventory with quantity 5, assign it to my product. But I’m still getting bookings for that product even though I have already 6 orders. The status of the orders on te rnb calendar are: 3 Processing 1 Cancelled 3 Pending What’s happening? I tried to do another booking and it accepted too,thanks

Hi I’m looking into buying you plugin for a client. All the features are perfect for their needs for now but, they will want to expand the car rental service with more locations. But the different locations will me managed by different owners. Is there a future plan to create a dashboard for store owners with the ability to create their own listings and receive notifications when rentals are made etc… ?

Also if there is no future plan for this, do you accept custom development for this?

We have set predefined booking times as 09:00, 13:00, 17:30 so that people can either book morning / afternoons or whole days.

The bookings are only allowed for individual days so no booking can be made from one day to the next.

How do we prevent 17:30 being an option in the start time and 09:00 in the end time?

Hello, I want to purchase this plugin but have to ask a few questions before I go for that.

I have a few products and for each of those products we have more than 100 pieces.

So, I want to let customers to book more than 1 piece for a item

Suppose Item A has 50 pieces available and one customer wants to book 20 of this item for 5 days.

So, now Stock in the inventory for this item should be 30

My question is will the stock automatically be refilled after 5 days and will get back to 50?

Hi, we’d like to buy your plugin but we have some questions:

1. Is it possible to set up the rental return days according to the location? For example, the customer that rents the equipment and lives in Ontario will have 3 days for return and the customer that is from province that is further will have 5 days. We’d like to set this up so the day calculations are done automatically.

2. If the product was returned earlier than 3 days or so, can we mark current product as available for rent?

Presale question. Can a customer make a booking within a booking? For example, let’s say they book rental accomodation for 3 nights, can they make an equipment booking for one of the days and have it linked to the same booking?

Pre sales question your plugin with the dress rental demo seems to work for me. Here are a few things I need to clarify 1) At the backend, is there a calendar view, so that I can see what all products are available and what not and booked by who from when. On the frontend is shows, right? 2) Is the inventory maintained as per the attributes(like sizing)? For ex Product A with size S is unavailable for a particular date . 3) Is it compatible with all WooCommerce themes?
