Hi,

I have wordpress store. I’ve some global customer. There is no payment getway in real time. Just installed WooCommerce plugin. Can I integrate your plugin into my store for accepting global any currency card payment?

Hello, can you kindly tell me if your plugin will be able to store this data and do the following?
_nmi_card_type > which equals what Card is used. _nmi_auth_amount > which equals Authorization amount they have on the card. _nmi_payment_token > which equals the payment token we get back from the gateway.

We also need an option to disable charging the card as we have another REST API that does this and when you change the order status to completed we need to disable the gateway from trying again, yet we know the order has been paid for using the third party accounting REST API.

We also need an option to increase the authorization amount over the face amount, we already do this with other payment gateways, which allows us to cover the unknown shipping costs without having to go after authorization again.

In our case we need that amount to be 20% above face. Does your plugin support any of this and./or can we have this programmed in?

When a customer selects the saved credit card option they get an error: ” Transaction Failed. 300-The cvv field is required REFID:1203751261”

And there’s no option to just enter the CVV for.a saved credit card. The customer has to always enter the credit card info.

is there any option to disable 3DS support for collect.js

Leaving the public checkout token field empty will disable the 3DS.

I reverted to the previous version where it only asked for user name and password to connect. but that changed with no notices and I need to link the plugin with different data. is their DOCS to show how to link the gateway with the new requirements?

You are having an older version of the plugin please download the latest updated plugin from downloads section.

Webhooks and keys are all correct, but after entering payment information it gives a thin grey line on the page and never completes the transaction. I’m having the same problem as ApologiaAM?

If you are from the US please ignore Public Checkout Key and leave it blank and try again. As it only mandatory for users from UK.

Is there a way to make the CVV required from within the backend settings? It currently allows customers to try and submit payments without requiring the CVV. Those get declined for not passing ASV requirements, but it would REALLY help if there was an easy way to require CVV on the main form.

Making one final attempt at support. Emailed developer over 3 days ago and no response. Webhooks and keys are all correct, but after entering payment information it gives a thin grey line on the page and never completes the transaction. When the mouse hovers over the grey line, the mouse just spins indefinitely.

I just installed the Plugin on my website and I can get all the Security Keys from from the NMI portal but not the Webhooks Signing Key. Where do i get that? Is that an actual Key, or a URL or a username? Please help.

Setting Up Webhooks

Webhook URL for your site would be https://www.yoursite.com/wc-api/woocommerce_nmipay

Step 1

From the Settings > Webhooks page, click the “Add Endpoint” button.

Step 2

Enter your webhook receiver URL and select all event types you would like to be notified of from the list. As soon as the URL is saved, you will start to receive events at the URL specified; there is no further setup required. Please note that all URLs must start with “https” and have valid TLS encryption enabled.

Step 3

The Webhooks settings page shows your webhooks signing key. This value should be used on your website to authenticate that it is the gateway delivering these messages and not a third party.

With the new version, is it no longer possible to use native Woocommerce checkout fields? We’d strongly prefer not using a iFrame popup widget as it’s not cohesive with our website.

Currently the option supported is lightbox version we are working on inline checkout it would be similar to previous version where fields will be in checkout page. Also make sure to support the plugin by buying the extended support options.

Sorry but no it won’t work with WooCommerce Subscriptions. It allows you to accept credit card payments and it also gives you options to authorize and capture. But first we would suggest you first make sure you can get a NMI account.

I have a NMI account and it was working with XL NMI plugin and Woocommerce subscriptions, XL NMI plugin is not working anymore… so there is no way to make this work with subscriptions plugin?

The NMI Direct API only allows the plugin to create a recurring plan for each order and set up a subscription in their system. But they don’t have an API wherein the plugin can be notified of the subsequent payments which happen after the initial payment and plan setup. So that the reason you will have to manually check whether recurring payments are happening correctly after the initial payment is done for each subscription.

Sorry but no it doesn’t support either. It only supports Credit Cards and eCheck.

Doesn work the payment by Subscription. When trying to pay for subscribtions, always have that issue https://prnt.sc/1r1f214 “Transaction Failed. 200-There are no Recurring merchant accounts configured to process Visa transactions with currency 124.”

You need to check error number 200.

Can I use this plugin to integrate SoluPay API in WooCommerce? If so, do you have documentation to walk through the process.

I asked SoluPay representative and they recommended NMI plugin. That’s why I am asking here
