Would be nice to have an editor for the Description. I’m having to hand code all the HTML – and Choose File doesn’t go to the media library.

How to update the plugin? Manually? That’s a pain. If I update manually will I lose the current events?
Hi. If you don’t want to lose the data, you can update the plugin by this way:
- Remove folder wp-content/plugins/quick-events.
- Unzip the updated version to quick-events, then update this folder to wp-content/plugins.
- Go to admin panel and enter the image for events again (Because the updated version manage images on Media Library).
So how do you update it otherwise? Is there another way?
Sorry, but we don’t understand your question. To update the plugin, there are 2 ways (like other Wordpress plugins):
- 1. Go to plugins management on admin panel, uninstall the Quick Events plugin, then install the new version. If on this way, the events data will be lost, so you need enter the events data again.
- 2. Replace the folder wp-content/plugins/quick-events by newest version (as we have instructed on previous comment). You can do it on FTP or File Manager on your host. If on this way, the events data will be kept. But you need enter the image of event again, because with this updated version, the images are managed on Media Library (not on folder images of plugin like on old version).
No – there are THREE ways – click the UPDATE button under the plugin – but there isn’t one there.
Thank for your suggestion. We have not implemented this way for the updating (we will investigate it for the next update). Now, you can use way 2 to update the plugin to keep the data. Looking forward to your sympathy.

hello, I love its simplicity on frontend but maybe it’s too simple on the backend. I have noticed that you must add time/location manually, so I guess there’s no map integration. And what about importing events? What’s the look when you have more events on one day?

Hi, I am having a problem with the mobile view: http://syallegro.com.w01c0e75.kasserver.com/calendar/ on mobile all event colors are the same, but they should show up in the same colors as on the desktop view – even though there is only one event /per day. - This is the feature of current version. Because on the compact layout, there may be many events on 1 day, they are represented by only 1 dot, so the dot has only 1 color. We will change it on the update version (on the future), each event will be represented by 1 dot, so the dot will have the color of event.
- To get the refund, please create refund request for your wrong version.
Hi and thanks, but I already read that in the comment above. The thing is there is only one event pro day, showing whether or not the charter is booked. So it would only be one or the other. The way the plugin works now, means it is not working on mobile and today we should be thinking mobile first. Since the same comment was made two weeks ago, you should really fix this.

One thing that i noticed => when with mobile view => all items has same mark color.
Can you do a quick fix that those colors will stay as they are in desktop?

Hello, I just bought your “quick events” plugin and installed it on my wordpress. But the problem is, it generates an error message. When I deactivate it, I no longer have this error message so it is with the activation of the plugin that we have this error message.
