If you would like to implement AdMob ads you would need to download this plugin: https://github.com/googleads/googleads-mobile-unity/releases

There are also many tutorials on youtube that can help you.
Once you learn to implement ads in one project it will be easy to do that in the other 11.

Sure. Before you purchase any code you can try to create an empty project in Unity and implement ads using these instructions. Once you learn how to do that you should be able to implement ads on a real projects.
