Hello,

Is it possible for subscribers to receive progressive discounts? For example, this month they pay 20 euros, next month they will be charged 18 euros, the following month 15 euros and so on?

At the moment, the plugin doesn’t support progressive discounts for subscription renewals

I made the mistake of purchasing this plugin, but not through Envato, and through their own website via fremmius.com. SO, I consider we threw out USD $19 down the drain.

We have built and developed a lot of WooCommerce sites, so I consider our skills with WooCommerce at an advanced level.

Do NOT buy this plugin! It is half-baked and nowhere near production level. The settings are minimal for only status colors. There are no endpoint integrations (i.e. page name in My Accounts), no payment integration, no emails, and no documentation whatsoever.

There are no settings anywhere or documentation to do anything – absolutely nothing!! This plugins was launched without consideration of development, only to take payment for the subscription of this plugin.

You are better off buying Sumo Subscriptions, or WP Swings etc. While this plugin may have potential, its is nowhere near being ready to be sold here.

Hi, I appreciate both the refund and the reply. I also appreciate the time and effort that goes into coding a plugin etc. I get its a lot of work and effort. I think you have the start of a good plugin here, but I don’t think its ready for the average person to use as is.

Yes, I did try the demo, and what I saw was really basic, but I figured we would try it out anyway… Figured there would be documentation etc.

If your plugin is targeted to developers as a lightweight platform for build, as you suggest, then you should mention that. But even developers rely on documentation and core functionality.

You are marketing this plugin as an “Advanced” Subscriptions plugin for WooCommerce, but it is not advanced. There is nothing advanced when compared to other Subscription plugins on the market (Woo, YITH, SUMO etc.)

For example:

1. It doesn’t do recurring subscriptions. Users would have to login each month and pay their invoice. It still relies on manual payments albeit with a reminder email. That defeats the whole purpose of a subscription plugin for most people.

2. Which leads to the point there is no integration for payment gateways.

2. It doesn’t allow for end points (ALL other WooCommerce plugins allow that). For example, not everyone will use “my-account/subscriptions”. But then without documentation, we don’t know what the endpoint is.

3. For developers, where is the documentation on hooks and filters?

I’ve made my points. I think your plugin has a lot of potential. I just think you need to rework it and add the extra features to make it a real subscription plugin. Then you really have something people will use.

1. Recognize current variations from WC Subscriptions 2. What payment gateway supported? I didn’t see anything in the documentation.

i bought this plugin looks good only issue i see when user renew subscription its creates new subscription on order complete , issue is how to track if user renew subscription as its creates new subscription on order completed status , how can we track if user order new subscription or renew existing subscription also its better if renew button appear before certain days of subscription renewal , it will be better as if user renew subscritpion it will extend the date of existing subscritpion by them . i tried support through website but registration is not working there . let me know major issue i see how to track renewal of subscription by user and new subscription .

hello, I just purchased the plugin, but unlike the old one I had, this one doesn’t have a add subscriber. it also doesn’t have a list of subscribers, meaning, I can only see in my membership plugin members. do I have to purchase another plugin? Also, my admin dashboard doesn’t show subscribers either, I understand plugins change, but I feel half is missing. I can’t find my existing subscribers, so I am not sure if they will be charged again :(

Currently, the plugin settings include the same items. If you mean something else, explain more.

You don’t need this section to create a subscription product, and you just have to use the new product insertion section in WooCommerce.

Yes, your customer can renew from the dashboard.

Can this be set up to be charged as a rolling annual, biannual, or monthly cost with no end date? If so, can the buyer cancel the subscription if they want to in their account when they login?

I have try the demo, the problem is I need to install it to my website to test with other plugins I have to see if they work together, if not I will delete the plugin from my website and PC, I promise I never use plugins that don’t work as i need.
