For the projects and tasks, are templates possible?

And it looks like tasks are separate from projects? So no details possible for project management?

One license one installation. You can change domain any time.

Having tried all your demos this one certainly looks like the most solid and matured. Perhaps you should consider focussing on this project and not spreading your resources and time too thin with multiple apps? What is the installation process for getting this set up? Thanks for your help.

I have a require

(1) if you can add feature to share the file after we open it in (digital Assets) it will be an awesome point.
(2) if you can design the page of (digital Assets) like C,D,E drives in windows it will be fine point.

Hi, I have noted your request. A workaround is you can use the Quick share feature and can share anything. And keep separate the digital assets for internal use.

Interested, but…

Suggestions:
- Spreadsheet – Needs formula bar to be useful to business as basic calculations are really needed
- Calendar – There is no description to add important, related information about what is being scheduled. Can not just cram it in the title. Also, it needs to be searchable including the description field
- Digital Assets – If converted to just Assets and had the ability to one or two images, a barcode, quantities, and a brief description, and searchable by all fields, that would be usable and functional for a business
- Add Work Orders – If you added a Work Order section to include a customer, job type, start & finish times/dates, and a task notes to help keep up and manage a job that would be very helpful and would provide a more complete system.

Addition Suggestions for the Future:
- Form Builder – Create basic forms with drag and drop fields including signatures for employees to use and enter needed data such as maintenance forms and customer release forms, etc…
- SMS/MMS Chat System – Send quotes and communicate with prospects and clients.
This is one of the main system we use now in a couple of our businesses as customers love it.

I will watch for updates and when it is ready I will purchase as I have several businesses that would benefit from this… Also, the use of S3 for storage and image comp etc is really needed for all your products… Great Job So Far!

Plans for SaaS version?

This software’s primary purpose is to help businesses or individuals use office likes apps on their own brand in their hosting and keep that data to themselves. Therefore, we do not have an immediate plan to make it a SaaS. However, this standalone will get more features and improvements.

Nice script. Can you also add notes system like Notion/Upnote style?

You can use the current “Documents” module for notes.
