We always release cumulative updates on the codecanyon once every 1-2 months. You can check it in the changelog on the plugin page. We also release early updates if any of the plugin users ask for it.
You’ve been using the plugin for more than 4 years. I’m guessing you like it, don’t you? All this time we support the plugin and release FREE (!) updates.
Now you’re adding your one star rating and it destroys any motivation for the developers. Your rating looks unfair and I hope you review it.
Note, many authors have already closed their projects (or just don’t release any updates for years) on the codecanyon, switched to direct sales and focused on clients who respect their work.

Featured image will ONLY be updated if the “External featured image” option is enabled.

If there are many stores will different prices showing for one product, how do I ensure that the lowest price is shown on the woocommerce product. As prices change I want to make sure the lowest price is always shown

In the offer module ( images are not getting saved to server) instead displaying from the advertiser website. is this a bug ? cause it looks unhealthy in terms of SEO and loading time of the page increases.
Check your settings in CE Settings > Modules > Offer > Save images. It works fine for me.
You can also add local image URI manually when creating a product.

Usually plugin users add additional unique content to their site (articles, reviews) or unique user experience (price comparison, top products, etc).
But duplicate content can also work if you build sites in bulk. It depends on your overall strategy what type of websites you want to build.
