Do the uploaded images have to be 3D or can I upload the images in normal mode and the plugin will automatically convert them to 3D?

I only want the lightbox to open when a button is clicked but it’s not working. The site is using Divi, I have set the display type in my custom preset skin to lightbox, I have added one code element that contains the shortcode and a second code element that contains the html code that displays the button that opens the lightbox when it is clicked, I got this from the Youtube tutorial video. When I refresh the page the lightbox opens automatically which I don’t want and when I close the lightbox and click the button a lightbox opens but it is blank. Please can you tell me how to only have the product viewer open in a lightbox when a button is clicked.

Hello, pre-purchase question: I think this has been asked before, I just didn’t find it, we have a multi-product page, each product will have a 360’ element, what I need to know is how can I reset the initial draw, when the page load it shows the first product and first 360’ animation(your software), when selecting another product the information is loaded via ajax along side with the images for the 360’, so I need to reset the the 360 with a new set of images, as of right now all 360’s will have the same settings so we just need to reset it with a new set of images., can this be done with your software?
