Hello, presale question. I have two kinds of members in my website (customer and vendor) Both have different registration forms. Can we assign different roles on register form? If not can we assign a specific role of the user (i.e vendor) on registration form?

Hi Guys, PreSale question here. I’m loving UserPro and I’m ready to add on some plugins. It says there is Gutenberg support (not that I use Gutenberg) so it seems like this has been updated semi-recently, but most of your plugins are listed as being 3-5 years since an update. Is that a glitch on CodeCanyon or are these sitting kind of idle? Thanks in Advance, Matt

Does UserPro supports reCAPTCHA V3? I can’t save the key. It just won’t save.

I’m back to using reCAPTCHA v2. I integrated it in contact. I’m trying to add it back to Login and Register. It won’t save. Nothing should be easier than dragging the reCAPTCHA to that field, add the key and save. It behaved as if it’s saving but it doesn’t save. On refresh, the key is gone every times. You need to update the app so it accepts input and save. I’ve had such great experience with the team and app. I hope it continues

I’m having this problem. “Attention: UserPro Woocommerce requires User-Pro as well as WooCommerce to be installed and activated.” They are all installed and activated.

Does by any chance You’ve uploaded plugins by hand and changed the folder name a little ? Because in such case it could fail to “detect” required plugin.

But if You didn’t, I’d advise to raise support ticket, since it will require closer inspection.

Hello, you are probably talking about font-awesome, in that case there is no need to update userpro bookmarks add-on, it takes fonts from userpro, standalone bookmarks – does not have that problem as far as I know.

I was reading about your Registration Setting. There’s no feature that allow admin to manually approve each new user profile and spammers are taking advantage of it. Your Block Email Domains From Registration doesn’t really block them. I shouldn’t have to bother customer service to help with that. While I wait for the team to block the domain, usually I have to delete 15 spam accounts every 10 minutes. Then they will use a new domain. I shouldn’t have to wait on you guys to help. I should be able to simple add the domain in the Block Email Domains From Registration.

ATTENTION!!! The Spammers can still create accounts with the block domains. If you add a space after the (.com ) it doesn’t see it as a block domain and let the spammers go through with registration. He just created an account again. I wanted to know how come. I added a space after the @domain.com and it gave me the check mark to go on. You might want to update the plugin. It has lots of vulnerabilities.

I’m getting constant spams registration from a spammer using @truservice4uu.com. Even though I put that email on block list in the registration, they’re still creating many accounts.

First of all, any money invested in DeluxeThemes is good investment. I got the best service from the team, much more than I expected. Thumbs up to Dovydas and teammates. Being said that, Envato Market is over charging us for support and not every authors give the same quality support. The support is the same amount as buying the item itself. I’ll renew the service with this team when the time come. Envato Market needs to NOT asking lots of money. If I didn’t like DeluxeThemes, I’d walk away.

I have raised a technical support. I thought about getting just the Private Message, but i think it’s no harm getting the bundle since its a good offer. However, I can’t get it to work. Profile page cannot be navigated when i click on other members to view as an admin.

Most importantly, my private message box isnt appearing anywhere? I just want to use your PM Feature if everything else seems to be not working too well. Although the UserPro does look quite cool, but PM addon is my critical requirement right now, I hope you guys will help me with it.

Hi, no I didn’t receive any reply on the customization. And i replied almost instantly on the addon and plugin which I disabled, and I enabled back when I read the email.

The customization request took a really long time especially when my site is going to launch. It has been more than a week. I hope to get some form of reply
