While signing up on the app, I noticed that the same error message shows;

1. When some fields are empty.

2. when the email provided is used.

3. When email format provided is not correct.

ERROR MESSAGE: Account already exist, but with a different login type.

I think this can confuse users right?

This might not be a big issue that needs attention but I believe all your hard work on this project is to make it one of the best apps right?

Here are my suggestions;

1. Stop the error message from showing when some fields are empty because there is already a big red “FIELD CAN’T BE EMPTY” that pops up when field is empty.

2. Show the error message when an account already exists with the provided email address.

3. Please add an error message to let users know the email format provided isn’t correct.

I hope this information is helpful for the development of this app. Thanks for all your efforts, Sir.

Theme Settings isn’t taking effect yet on Edit Account and Delete Account on the app.

Checked in demo, google meet link shows error as can’t open the website. With new update have you guys solved the issue

Hello Maverics, When a link is opened as a new tab on the app, if the connection is not available, the app does not show the page not available page instead it shows the page link and an error message which exposes the website link.

Hello, There is a problem with the application When you click on the sign to make the video full screen or broadcast live on the webview page, the Google Adsense advertisement is displayed immediately after opening the video, then it exits the video player and returns to the home page

... I also don’t know your plan for the invite code but since users will still have to sign up using their Name, Email, and Password,

I suggest that the invite code should not be made compulsory and if a new user does not have an invite code, they should be able to sign up.

That does not mean the invite code is not useful because I can assign an invite code to anyone to get a reward if anyone uses their invite code to sign up on my app.

Also, I wish you can improve the dashboard to show who used an invite code to sign up so we can easily track it.

I hope these suggestions are good and can be taken into consideration.

When I try to edit my account on the app, after changing either my name, email or password and clicking on update profile, the app just keeps loading and nothing happens afterward.

Last night, something interesting happened, when I tried to edit my info and clicked the update profile button, the app loads, returned to the edit profile page and my edit was saved then an email was sent from firebase to the previous email that I used on that app saying that my email was changed and I could use a link to reset my email if I never asked to change my email.

After I clicked on the link sent to me via firebase, my previous email was restored to my profile on the app.

That was really awesome! But after last night, the app has returned to just loading and doing nothing after I click on the update profile button instead of saving my info and sending me another email.

I hope you can fix the bug and make the edit profile to be stable in your next updates.

Pre-sale questions… Do I need to install the system admin on the same domain as the website that will be transformed into an App? or can I install the system on another domain? and insert the URL that will be transformed into an app?

Please I need to know if I am the only one who faces this problem on the chat screen on mobile (Android) because I have been searching the whole internet to fix the bug.

When I try to type a message, my keyboard opens but then it covers up the text field and I can’t see what I am typing unless I hit the back button and close the keyboard.

The text field is supposed to float above the keyboard but it is not doing that.

Am I the only one having this issue or have you noticed it too so that I can wait for an update instead of digging into the chat_screen.dart code.

Hello. I read your documentation, there are instructions for firebase from 2 to 5. That is, if onesignal is needed, then these items can be skipped when setting up?

While trying to run the admin app, I’m stuck on this step: Select Target device Chrome and hit run. In Android studio, I don’t see Select Target device and the run button is grayed out. What am I missing here?
