There is no solution for Youtube quota. You will need to wait 24 hours for the quota to be reissued.

We set this up, and it worked great – until we put our website live and then we started getting an error from YouTube that we hit our rate quota for the day- this happened within minutes of going live. Sorry to say, but unless you want to pay for a larger quota then this plugin is not going to work on any site with more than a handful of visitors a day, the quota was much higher until a few months ago when YouTube cut it way back, can’t blame the plugin dev (it works great), just the reality is that it will cost you $$ to purchase quota from YouTube.
