can I unsubscribe someone if they respond “unsubscribe” or some other word?

You can copy or move the subscriber to new list or update the subscriber field. You can also send message but not “unsubscribe” the subscriber.

I believe this is why “unsubscribe” link is recommended to be included in the email.

How can i enable/disable this addon only for selected customer groups?

This feature is currentyl not available. I will add this in next update soon. Thanks.

Yes exactly, that’s right. Also I couldn’t get the extension to work and I think it might be because I use [DIRECT_UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] instead of [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL]. Could that be why?

Yes. Please ensure you have [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] embedded in the mail without mask or rewrite.

With v2.1.3, you can now update subscriber field on new replies.

Also, there are dedicated tags REPLY_TRACKING_PIXEL (for plain text); masking should not be a problem henceforth with the use of this tag.

If your server is not masking, [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] tag only is sufficient.

My partner bought the extension (different envato account) we installed it, no issue with that, the cron job runs ( I even run the command manually), the extension logins to the IMAP account without issue, we replied few times to the test campaigns, [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL} is in the message body, but the tracker is not showing anything in the dashboard. There are no webserver errors or php errors as well. I sent you an email with screenshots, could you please check what is going on?

Hello, UNSUBSCRIBE_URL is used as the primary pixel. Make sure the url is not re-written by the mail server api.

As customer in Inbound addresses should i add my e-mail address using server settings?

I dont get the question well.

However, if you are talking about the email address for inbound server, yes you need to use IMAP details of the “reply-to” email address.

This email address is monitored and responses relating to any of your campaigns will be detected.

After send a campaign I replied and checking if that show up on the reply tracker, but it seems it dose not. I added the same email that I put as a reply to email while send out the campaign.

I just purchased your code, One thing I would like to change is that on the url currently it shows MWDoman/customer/extensions/reply-tracker/index Can it change to MWDoman/customer/reply-tracker/index ?

Basically I want to get rid of the /extensions/ from the url. BTW thanks for the amazing piece of work.

Sorry about that. Ensure you enable the plugin after install and check documentation for how to install properly.

If not working base on mail header, you should try putting [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] in your mail and see if it works.

Hello dear, We have implement a method to detect auto-response by making research into popular mail provider headers and some other related signatures.

So i can filter auto-reply and exclude it.

“Move Subscriber To:” is not moving to other list when some reply’s

“Send Email To Subscriber” is not sending email when some reply’s

the plugin is enabled already in the admin side and i template is already [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] tag

i found out now. it’s Working… if the tag [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] is on the content.

but if the [UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] tag is on the html href, is not working. Any resolution on this?

[UNSUBSCRIBE_URL] is required tag in campaign content for now as it is used as the reliable tracking pixel. Mail providers handle reply message quote in varying way including the header.

Please read the item description very well and the documentation. Hopefully we find another reliable tracking pixel in future updates.

Setting up your extension now with gmail, I enabled IMAP on gmail and I’m trying to set it up and it keeps saying Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Invalid credentials (Failure)

Have any suggestions?

Hello dear, Im sorry for late response.

I will suggest you confirm the credential. You can use other imap services or use mailwizz default inbound server to ensure your credential are valid.
