We are interested in buying this. However, I wanted to know if the notifications being pushed are sent to particular users or every one gets the same notifications.
For example, a task is assigned to Staff 1. Will the notification be sent to only Staff 1, or it will be received by every other staff?
Hi! How do we configure alerts per user? I want each user to get alerts only on tickets/taskt that are assigned to them. Currently I have been testing with single pushover account with delivery group, but in this setup all users gets alerts on all ticket/task changes. Thank you

Hi, the plugin works as expected but, is there any way to customize the logo that´s shown on the notifications? It´s quite confusing that it always shows that “P” icon, instead the uploaded on the API applications. You don´t know who´s sending the message. Thank you.
You can set the icon from within Perfex its self – you set the icon by logging into the Perfex website, under “Your Applications” select the one you have set up, and within this page press the Edit / Delete button. Within here you can upload a custom icon.

Hi, I only seem to get notifications when a payment as been logged. Can I get notifications for other triggers like when an estimate has been viewed/accepted or when a lead has been created?

Can you add alerts for new messages for the “Perfex CRM Chat” module? I think many will need this functionality, since the “Perfex CRM Chat” plugin is very popular.
We will take a look into what hooks they may have. The main issue being each user would need a pushover group/id assigning to each to be able to receive the push notification.
