Hi, I’m just trying to install the plugin (everything seems ok, plugin installed and activated succesfully. However I can’t access the global settings screen from woocommerce > settings > r&b settings tabs ? I dont know why, i just follow the documentation and i’m working in a local environment.

We are building a site for a hotel that rents rooms and also rents optional equipment like boats and dirt bikes. Can this system do both on the same website? Do they have to be separate transactions or can it work on one page and still manage the stock levels on both?

Hi As long as they are different products you can rent both. to the cart and rent. But if you don’t create the optional equipment as product and instead add it as resource or category then it will not be possible. your rooms and equipment have to be different product.

I would like to request a quotation for customization. I would like to be able to set booking periods and cost calculations by minutes. Or atleast be able to allow bookings for 30 minute sessions.

Hi We have not tested our plugin with this plugin. Our plugin creates woocommerce custom product types. So if the plugin that you mentioned works with woocommerce custom product type then in theory it should also work with our plugin.

For that we have already purchased and installed – WCFM(https://wordpress.org/plugins/wc-frontend-manager/) and WCFM Ultimate (https://wclovers.com/product/woocommerce-frontend-manager-ultimate/) plugin.

Now we would like to know that this ‘RnB – WooCommerce Booking & Rental Plugin’ plugin will be compatible with our other plugins or not?

And also does this plugin will provide these features or not: 1. Adding bookable products from Admin and Vendor side both? 2. Calendar and Timepicker to select the time for appointment by frontend customer ? 3. And will this plugin effect the other products type we have in WCFM plugin ? If yes, then what are the effects ?

The worst plugin of all, version 10.0.3 generated a big problem for me on my website, I tried to ask for help with technical support and they answered me but the answer did not reach my email, so when I realized it had already expired, Now I want to ask for help and they tell me that I have to pay again. very bad service, I regret having installed it on my website.

Presale question: I am going to create a website with the aim of renting garments/dresses for parties. As far as I can see, the plugin meets the requirements.

The only thing I wanted to know is if it is possible to add the function that customers can register on the website and they themselves can see the status of the product (if it is still rented) or that they can upload it themselves?

I understand that this could be done with another plugin, but just to know if the plugin meets these conditions?

Oh and on the other hand, when you make the reservation of the plugin, it sends an email to the client? and this email can be modified?

Hi our plugin is a rental plugin so product rental status is not in our plugin. Also note we do not have multivendor support for our plugin. We do have email support and it sends an email to the user when booking is placed and you can do customization of this email template if you need.

With all these plugins, I understand that if I use them, it will work perfectly to create a “Dress rental/reservation” website, right?

Hi Whatever features that we have described or shown in are plugin are available and if the features that we have shown and described are sufficient for your rental website then yes our plugin will work fine. if you are also using other plugins then there might be some plugin conflict which you will need to resolve.

I need simple steps to add a room booking with check in and checkout. The documentation is not correct. the online documentation take me to a gitbook site and offline documentation does not event talk about room booking.

1) Tell how I do a simple room booking with chekin and checkout. 2) please detail me the step-by-step procedure to add a room booking with checkin and checkout.

If you know room reservations, then understanding would not be a problem.

Hi you will create a room as a product and then create an inventory and attach it with the product. Change the pickup date and drop off date label as checkin and checkout. It is quite simple so we are not quite sure where you are finding the complexity.

I have a quesion , on your demo pages there was a demos about booking hotel or house, how in your plugin to configure the inventory for that kind of object ? I only can see in the inventory page settings for car rental there is no feature for make any settings for houses/rooms rental

The authors of this plugin are lazy and incompetent. Inventory calculations don’t work, availability is a problem even when there should be items left in the inventory. Date ranges are always wrongly calculated and create calendar availability issues. Support is a joke. My client is losing a lot of money because of this company’s negligence and I’m thinking of taking further action in order to hold them accountable for their unwillingness to react to bug reports. FIX INVENTORY AND CALENDAR ISSUES NOW!!!!

sorry was wrong plugin page… But is it possible, that if some already rented item are not showing on calendar? Previously reserved appointments were grayed out – after update not…

Another question for the inventory. If I generally work without times, could one block just a single day without a time specification within the inventory item in the future? That would be simple, elegant and good.

I have a problem with creating a product ,I mean “availability management” when I set pickup date/time and dropoff date/time (including hours) and then click PUBLISH button no changes are saved, I mean those what I picked is cleared. We are looking for a plugin to rent our decoration stuffs.we have multiple item for a product to rent.

For example: we have 10 same vases available for renting.

Is there a way to use quantities with the plugin?

Imagine this scenario: 2 people wants to rent our vases. The first one wants to book 5 vases from November 1 to November 5 and the second customer wants to rent 7 vases from November 3 to November 6. The first one will be able to book everything and the second one will be alerted that we only have 5 available for the dates he wanted

Hi yes, stock is managed automatically so if the first user books 5 then the second user will be able to book maximum 5

pre-sale question: is it possible to add for a specific product / product category extra fields that enable a client to choose in which week they want to order the product? My client has some suppliers that have specific production and delivery calendar (4-5 weeks a year) when they produce and ship goods. Can your plugin help to solve his matter?
