I’m having a serious issue with the 3D Carousel Stack Gallery – WordPress Media Plugin.
When I try to upload photos to create/update a gallery, the upload stays “processing/loading” indefinitely, and the images are not saved in the plugin/gallery. It also does not save the file/gallery changes—it just keeps thinking/spinning. I even left it running for 24 hours, and nothing completed.
What I’m seeing:
Photos do not finish uploading (stuck loading)
Photos are not saved in the gallery
Gallery/file changes are not saved
The system stays “thinking” indefinitely
Request: Please help me diagnose and fix this as soon as possible. If you need logs or details, tell me exactly what to send and where to find it.

Thank you for your purchase. Did the issue just happen recently? Have you installed any new firewall plugin that blocks the writing process? Have you made any changes to the server configuration recently?
Also, have you tried to remove the plugin and reinstall it? Alternatively, can you check if the plugin is working with a new and clean Wordpress installation?

Hi, What do you mean by “not working at all”? Did you successfully install the plugin into the Wordpress dashboard? Have you followed the instructions included in the documentation? Does it show any errors at all?

Thank for your bug report. I’ve uploaded a fix for that, please download the file again to get the update.
I downloaded the file and now my question is, can I delete the old one and upload it again? Or just upload the new one?
1. Backup the content of “wp-content/uploads” folder just in case.
2. Deactivate and delete the old 3D Carousel Stack Gallery
3. Add new plugin – upload “cs3d-designer.zip” to plugin dashboard and activate it
4. Open the project file and publish it again, (click the hammer icon)
5. Check the published review in your website.

Hi, I just bought 3d carousel flow (35 $). I was thinking, this is a wordpress plugin but it isnt’t, right? I find it a bit confusion on your website. Do I need to purchase one Gallery Effect at a time?

Thank for your inquiry, currently it doesn’t support vertical carousel.
Thanks. Another question. Is there a limit to how many thumbnails that an be added to a carousel and is it easy enough to place an image on the right, with text on the left of the thumbnail?
For best performance the thumbnail count should be under 40 or 50 items per gallery. If you have coding experience it’s possible to place the text and images to different locations but it’s not straight forward and not an easy task.

You have to unzip the downloaded package from codecanyon.net then install the plugin inside that folder.
Thanks. Interesting. I used the zip folder you can download right after the purchase and did as you you said. No zip within zip folder. If you go to your own account and try it again, it contains a second zip folder within. Seems there are 2 packages for download.
When you download the package, unzip and inside you’ll see “cs3d-designer.zip” which is the Wordpress plugin that you can install in Wordpress dashboard.
I am using plugin 3D carousel stack designer. I have a project with 2 different categories, each with its own images. I want to select which category shows on the page by default. How can i do this? License: Removed for security!
It’s not possible to pick a default category at the moment. The gallery will choose the first category to be displayed by default, so arrange your categories so the desired one will be the first.

Try custom code, switch Tpl tab, “custom.js” add “cs3d.loadCategory(index)” like this:

Hmm. I need to edit it again but sometimes I am just not allowed to do so. WHy is thgat please? It’s loading both categories but I got the category designator wrong – can you conform what that actually is? Thank you.
I just update the plugin to include a new feature, the “defaultCategory” option.
To use please delete the plugin and download then install the new version.
Remove the previous code with “loadCategory”, in Tpl – custom.js add “defaultCategory” option like this:

I have just tested on mobile on 2 different iphones – the plugin gallery appears then disappears – problem. The whole siote disappears mostly with the message ‘a problem repeatedly occurred’. I commented out the dedfaultcategory line in JS but that did not help.
I’m not able to replicate the problem, can you show a link to the website?

I’m not sure why it keeps reloading. Do you use any other plugins beside the gallery? Try to deactivate those plugins and see if the problem persists.

I have deactivated every plugin and changed the theme, cleared the browser on iphone and still this problem persists. Sometimes it loads OK but then switching to the second category on the screen causes the reload and fault condition. If you would like access to the site email me. I am so sorry but today it is doing the ame again on iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 14 pro Max. I could not see this yesterday.
Make sure you clear the cache on those iPhones. I have the latest iOS version installed on my phone and the error does not occur on my side.
Do I need to downlad a new version? When I click on the 2nd category on the display, the ‘loading’ circle goes on forever (desktop and mobile). On Mobile it won’t load. I tried commenting out the defauktCatrgory and that didn’t help either. Pkls testy desktop and mobile to see..
I suggest you to delete the 2nd category and reupload the photos again. Make sure there is no .JPG extension and the image size doesn’t go over 1000px width and height.
OK we can do that. We will delete the ‘member’s work’ – is that correct? Should the defaultCategory in the JS file be commented out?
Yes please delete ‘member’s work’ and recreate it with correct image size and extensions.
No need to comment out “defaultCategory”, the code will work if you put the right images.
And should the default category be 0 or 1 or 2?
“defaultCategory” is the index of the category you want to display at page launching. It can be any number, 0 is your first category, 1 is your 2nd category and so on. If you have 2 categories the index can be either 0 or 1.

Hi, I just bought your plugin but I have a question: How can i make all photos when i click them to open a lightbox with the image like the demo is (the plus sign link)?
I found it, but is a way to set all the links to their same image by default? when there are a lot of photos you have to manually add content link, by default to set them all it would be much more easy
The small images are the thumbnails and the photo when you upload from Media dialog are their full size images. Those are two different types of images.
Unfortunately, att the moment it’s not possible to upload full size images in one go.

Hi, I just bought this plugin but I’m having problems with the performance. Installation went smooth withouth any issue, however everytime I try to do a previsualization it never creates it, actually it only displays a “Making preview ” message even after several minutes it never gives me the previsualization option. the same thing when I want to get the short code

Yes, they are properly configured, both of them are running https because of the SSL certificate

Thank you for your purchase. Please make sure the WordPress Address URL and Site Address Url in (Setting – General) are setup correctly. Pay attention to https vs https, if your site supports https protocol it should be https in those field.

Hi there—I just commented elsewhere and I think it wasn’t for the WordPress plugin support. I’m not exactly sure where I posted that comment.
I am moving my site from dev to production and used the host company’s cloning tool (as always) and everything came over to the new url except the 3D Gallery.
Is there a reason why it didn’t? Will this be a problem every time I need to move from dev to live? Did I do something wrong?

If you use the host tool to clone the files it won’t work because the published galleries only recognized the images from domain that they were original uploaded to. So you have to create the new projects again for production site.
That is unacceptable.
There simply has to be a way to change the image src to match the current domain without rebuilding the carousel each time it’s moved. How would you suggest moving from staging to production?
Hi! How many photos can a gallery hold on one page? If there are 300 photos, will it be slow? The thumbnails will be loaded and the original will open when clicked.
Thank for your interest, 300 is quite a lot items that may affect performance. The gallery is currently optimized for 50 items at a time. You can sub divide the photos into multi categories to improve performance.
