I would like to tell you about my case, which has several peculiarities:

1) I would like to show directly the calendar and the available schedules, is this possible?

2) What happens is that I have a ball park, where the time slots are shared.

That is, one person can book from 16:00 to 18:00 and another person can book from 17:00 to 19:00. That is, they share the same time slot, in this example from 17:00 to 18:00.

Could I reflect this with the add-on?

2) Another situation I would like to reflect is that the price I put on the time slots depends on the number of children coming.

I would like to know if I can somehow make the price appear according to the number of children a person brings.

I would like to get something like this, for example:

If less than 10 children come, it is 1 euro + per child. If less than 8 children come, it is 2 + per child.

3) And then another query I have, which is for another business, which is renting rooms.

I have a place that has two rooms.

With the plugin I use for this, which is Amelia, I have no problem when the rooms are rented independently, because I put them as different services and that’s it. But the problem is when someone wants to rent the whole place (i.e. the two rooms).

Would there be any way to rent both rooms at the same time and that it would be reflected in the calendar by the client with this complement? Or how could I reflect this in the best way?

On the other hand, I understand that this plugin is not made for these situations, so if there are no optimal solutions, could you recommend any other plugin more adapted to this?

Hi, I purchased this and now I am trying to install it on latest Wordpress 6.0.2 but it wouldn’t let me through the initial installation: When I click Next (table creation check etc) it comes back with “some error occured contact admin” message and stuck “check required” progress bar. I have a presale question – if a client is having an active membership or a client already purchased a package and later the client wants to book an appointment can we take free booking for that particular client or else can we ask client to select a particular membership or package before booking and later can ask for recurring booking and payments?

Currently, Clients do not need to have membership or purchase any package before booking an appointment. If you want they can book a free appointment by setting the price as 0. If you want to ask client to select a particular membership or package before booking and later can ask for recurring booking and payments, we can customize the plug in for you.

wanna make sure for security:

For multi vendors, if the vendor have a front dashboard to manage his settings and services, or only from WP backend dashboard.

My target is to make booking system. Customer will search using location and result will show available freelancer within predefined radius of searched location. Then customer can book the service with payment.

Hi, i have a few questions about this plugin:

1. Is it possible for a user to select let’s say 3 time slots on different days in one order 2. Is it possible to make this a recurring order/product monthly so that the user can select 3 time slots per month. Different dates and times? 3. Will it work with any Payment gateway that’s tied in with woocommerce?

So basically one product with 3 time slots then recurring each month? So tie in with Woocommerce Subscriptions?

Your backend sandbox demo is not working as when we put email address to get the demo credentials for backend there is error like ””An error has occurred. Please notify the website Administrator. Mail was not sent.”

Also let me know how the payout system(how to pay to vendors who got booking on my site) will work for multivendor sites if we use this plugin.

Customer -paid-> Vendor -Commision-> Admin

A customer paid for a service from a vendor on your website and then the said vendor paid commission to the admin.

Could you please assist and let us know if your plugin is capable of the following:

We are looking for a booking process with the following:

1.) Region/Group – The idea is to start off by selecting the option to book and appointment in a particular region/group, for example, we want to have the UK and Africa, each would have its own facilitators/lecturers and services within that group or region.

2.) Following the selection of a region/group, one would select the facilitator and then select a service. We need prices for these services in each respective group to be different, ie: different services for different consultants, the reason is we are wanting to separate services based on region/group is due to the fluctuating currency rate and we want to “round” off pricing instead of using a messy decimals and conversions scenario.

In short: Select Location > Select Service > Select Consultant > Book Appointment.

Please could you let us know if possible.

Pre-sale question: Is it also possible to set a minimum # bookings and maximum # bookings for an event? I only want an event to continue if a minimum amount of registrations is met and I can only allow a max certain amount of registrations per event. Is such a thing possible?

Also, is there an option to manually/automatically do refunds in the backend? (i.e. when someone cancels the booking or when the minimal amount of bookings is not met)?
