We bought your product and we are not happy with that…Did you test in on all internet explorers? It goes correctly only in Opera….in Chrome it makes bugs…the plugins window is bigger, you dont see text only if you put mouse on it and picture is on all of plugins window.
If it will be possible I will send you printscreans!
If you don help us to resolve this problem, we want our money back, because we can not use it…it torpedos our online businnes with it

We have tested the plugin in the latest browser version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
There is an option to change text color, background etc in the backend setting. Did you play with those settings?

Hi, presale question, I would like to show the total number of people that added a product to their cart. But I don’t want all of it to be fake, I would like it to calculate the real number + an extra boost, like a fixed number or a random number let’s say between 3 and 10. Maybe using something like echo $woocommerce->cart->cart_contents_count; + X number; while X = 3 to 10. Is it possible ? Thanks

Thank you for your presale question. Currently we do not have this feature in the plugin but we can consider this in future updates. At present the plugin can show real time WooCommerce orders or Fake orders or Easy Digital Downloads order.

I have few questions for an easier follow-up. Can this application be integrated with WordPress?
1) If yes, will there be an issue later on when I am using “Oxygen” as my website development and designer choice. Has there any of your users made complaints about incompatibility when using Oxygen?
2) If not, is it still possible to integrate with other WordPress plugins that are connected to customer service features (live chat, frequently asked questions, etc.)
3) I have other apps that I am going to be buying from CodeCanyon as well. I have seen some apps use Codeigniter, Lavarel, and WordPress. Is there a documentation or way to integrate one another?
4) It looks like this app will require a server to accommodate. I am going to be using Cloudways server “Vultr-HiFrequency”. Other choices will be Digital Ocean and Linode. Has there anyone made complaints regarding the server incompatibility?
5) What does support feature you actually provide within 6 months?
6) For the lifetime software update feature, will it be done automatically or do I have to manually make new downloads every time an update occurs?

1. Trustify is a WordPress plugin so yes its fully compatible with WordPress. There should not be any issues with the page builder plugins like Oxygen, Elementor….
2. Trustify is a WordPress plugin that works with WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads plugin so its not connected with any other plugins you use.
3. Currently we do not have documentation as this is just a simple plugin which works out of the box after the installation. There is no any complexity to make this plugin work.
4. Not its not related to server.
5. We answer each and every query you have for us related to our plugin.
6. You will need to download and update the plugin manually.

so I set the woocommerce notifications so it would include REAL sales that come in eventually haha (I’m literally just starting this online store) and I started creating some manual ones but then I decided to click the “auto notifications” box and I’m just checking like, do I need to fill anything out in the boxes that appear below the box once you click it? Or is it going to create automated notifications? haha thanks so much I’m just confused a little
Yes it will show the real time sales data if you set the WooCommerce notifications.

This is a SSL issues so if you use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/ and change all http to https then this issues should be solved.
We already have ssl
Earlier might be the site was in Non SSL version and later you added SSL so that caused the issues. That plugin I gave earlier will help you to convert all http url to https and that should fix your issues. This issues is nothing related to our plugin.

If you are using manual popup then the same notification will repeat only after 3 days of time. So we would suggest to use auto notification if you would like to repeat the same notifications frequently.
