Hi Basti 1/ I think your customer Nagymark13 is right when he said we have purchased the previous mobile app already, but that’s not compatible anymore with the new system. yes, you should give us this code free for people who already bought the previous mobile app but I also understand your financial concern and I totally agree with you, therefore you should give us a 50% discount on the new mobile app. I bought all your addons for the old KRMS so I can not purchase again all these addons for the new KRMS.
2/ Make an option in the admin panel to select the font size for the mobile app front end because it is too small for customers to read
3/ When the merchant app will be released, please? 4/ can you allow the customer to enter manually is location address when signup, because customers with Huawei phones do not have google play on their phones and can not share locations or select locations from map

2/ I purchased all your old addons for the old KMRS, Also I purchased the new single restaurant app and yesterday I purchased the new Mobile app. To be honest, you don’t have to charge us again for the new addons for the new KMRS meaning I can not pay again for new Merchant app, the new Driver app, the Inventory modules, and the printer modules. YOU NEED TO GET THIS FAIR FOR THE YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT ALREADY PURCHASED THESE ADDONS AND MODULES
I have some merchants that don’t want to receive orders through the mobile app. They want to use only the POS to take orders from the Merchant app.
3/ How to make the merchants invisible (not appear) from the Mobile app like this customers can not order from them through the mobile app
4/ But even invisible from the Mobile app, the merchants can still use the POS to take orders from the Merchant app. CAN YOU ALLOW MERCHANTS TO USE ONLY THE POS ON THE MERCHANT APP TO TAKE ORDERS AND NOT APPEAR IN THE MOBILE APP?

3/ Can you add some changes in the code and in the settings under the merchant profile to allow the merchant to choose to be visible or not on the mobile app (something like a button when active the merchant is visible and when it is not active the merchant is not visible but can still take orders with POS) a button similar to the close button at the top of the merchant app, so add another button next to the close button which will be for making merchant visible or not. Also, I hope POS will be available through the merchant app for merchants to take orders.
5/ I already installed the mobile app addons but it does not show the push notifications link, that is the reason why I told you in my previous message above and ask how to fix it. Do you need my credential and hosting details to go have a look yourself?

Basti, Now there is a lots of competitors who are selling great apps in codecanyun. In one Single app you will get food delivery, grocery delivery, farmacy delivery with options to upload prescriptions and courier ( pickup & drop off ) in one single app, multi service apps with 1k – 2k sales in just less than 2 years.
We know and understand that codeing and development is ver hard and it takes a lots of time, You develop and support all your products alone with no help from anyone.
We vote for flutter app but we did not see flutter app but no problem, This new app is great.
Basti the big mistake you made is removing version one while version 2 is not ready because it creats confusion for new customers and old customers
The Question all your old customers is asking is :
1. When do you think we can move from Karenderia version 1 to version 2 without no problems for our customers who has been using the apps to order food for long time?
2. Our customers has to download the new app again in apple / Play store or the new app will update the old apps without customers has to installed again?Basti we loved you and you are like a brother to us, we support you. But please make it clear your development roadmap so that we can still trust in Karenderia.

my plan is to sale this as new application not update to old kmrs cause its written from scratch now this is the problem if i sale is as new many will complain and keep bugging me with spam that why i sale it as new
like what happen in mobile app you don’t have any idea many customer here are very aggressive when it comes to this , its very stressing for me to receive message that are not appreciate
there is no other way to make the old kmrs better is to create new one and update it cause many library i use in old kmrs is very old and don’t have update anymore

I have purcased the previous mobile app already, but that’s not compatible anymore with the new system. this new mobile app is build from scratch using vue and almost several months of development its very different from old mobile app
the old mobile app is using onsen framework and it does not release updates anymore and its very old
we need to use latest technology right now or we will left behind
beside i already give free update to main kmrs which i not supposed to do i should have for up for sale as new which i did not do cause i value loyal customer of kmrs
now if i give this free update i will no longer survive financially and we both know we need to make a living and all my effort of development for almost 1yr will not paid off,

Can a single merchant have their own PWA link as well? For example, if a customer is browsing all restaurants and lands on McDonald’s homepage, it would be cool if there was a button that said, “Install a link to this merchant on your homescreen”. I guess kind of like the SIngle Merchant App, but a PWA version linked directly from the Multi Restaurant App, using the PWA system you already have in place.

Yes. Yes that’s what I meant. Each merchant in this app having their own link. I’m no developer, but I was hoping there was an easy way to run a script that uses the PWA app that you already have in place. Maybe a script that makes a copy of the PWA folder, or replaces the PWA address’ with the merchant’s PWA address. I have no idea how to do that or what I’m talking about though , I was hoping there was an easy solution or workaround like a button we can add next to the favorites icon.
I do have the Single Merchant app, I plan on using that as well. I love that part about Karenderia. But a new customer ordering food from the main multi-merchant app will never know that the merchant had a single app as well. Unless that restaurant marketed themselves or added a sign in their store with the QR code. Which they should as well. But, I wanted to give my merchants a better chance at getting their single merchant app discovered from within the multi-merchant app.
I wonder if this workaround would work. Can they maybe create a coupon that says install app for this merchant. Can descriptions on coupons have external links? For example if they open the coupon, would it be possible for me to add a clickable html links that opens in a new window taking them to single merchant web app?

hi basti Since you have not made this update, we cannot order single app web and multi mobile app, despite our request. wants to use Karenderia in markets and grocers as well as restaurants, but some kind of multiple tax system is not working properly, Let me explain again by giving an example product 1 : cocacola 1.00 euro include tax (tax 10%) product 2 : cigarette lighter : 1.00 euro include tax(tax%20) show all price include app and web If there is only one tax class, Karenderia can show tax included in the prices. but if there are two tax classes, then the prices cannot include the tax class. In order to be able to sell in Europe, it is mandatory to include tax in the prices, and products have various tax classes in Europe, we cannot use Karenderia.

I didn’t explain my problem fully. this is about kmrs 2 if you apply more than one tax class kmrs 2 , PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE TAX. and explain pls how can do this ?

if you use the old kmrs i have this one already but not added in latest kmrs yet
check the old demo of kmrs and enabled euro tax under merchant settings you will find what your looking for
