Unfortunately, apps can only be added from the Google Play Store at this time. We are working on other app stores, probably in the next update the ability to add apps from apple store will be added. We could not understand your other question clearly, but if you have knowledge about PHP and Laravel framework, you can customize the system, our system is open source.

There are 3 different sections and 3 submit buttons in the translation page. These are language details, Frontend, and Dashboard. You need to click the submit button after translating each section.
