This error seems not related to source code. device cache related problem. please have a look on this article https://www.wikitechy.com/errors-and-fixes/java/android-emulator-installation-error-install-failed-version-downgrade. Uninstall app and clear the app caches from your settings

we try all possibility. there is no app installed in device, still it says that uninstall app first and give same error

these are not related to the problem on the code. the above issue is completely related to device cache or app presents with different signature for the same package. somewhere from your phone cache still having the old APK data. so when u install further it creating the alert. try clearing the app caches and if any of our demo apps there uninstall that too. if no cache the studio will not alert already device has app installed. it will not work if we do whatever the changes on code.

And the current source code will be run with till the recent 11 version targeted 30 without any issues.

You clearly mentioned before purchase that there is no dependency of your server. Why are you asking for same now ?

As per the information provided by Codecanyon for license we are been forced to include changes in latest release. You can use the old release which was provided earlier during purchase.
