your Plugin causes a problem with wpDataTables that can be found here in Codecanyon. wpDataTables is one of the most popular tables and charts addon available. When Elegent Elements in activated, every wpDataTables table shown in frontend stops working, cause a modal that freezes the browser is triggered and can not be closed. Maybe you can contact the developers of wpDataTables and find a solution for this issue together

I’m stuck on the part of the content toggle where for the first one says select template, saved a row as a template to my templates, refreshed went back to the edit toggle and it’s not showing as a list item to select. Do I just write the template name in the box or am I missing something for this simple content to work?? Sorry for the trouble

I am using transparent menu header on some pages. I am using headers with white background on some pages. I use dark header on some pages. Does it help to make only mega menu without breaking the page header style? I just want Mega menu. I don’t want the whole header field to change its style. it’s disrupting my work and my design.

Unfortunately, the mega menu builder currently works with our custom header builder only. We will see if we can make it integrate into the theme menus as well.

Hello there,
I’m using Elegant Elements with Salient Theme. It has some “collisions” with it. One of them is that at Row Settings, it disables the theme “Color Overlay” over the EE Elegant Backgrounds, and gradients don’t work.

Do you have any documentation or tutorials on how the megamenu/footer builder works?
Hi,
You can design the menu using WPBakery Builder and then create a custom header using Header builder. The design process works same as the page building process. To use the Mega menu, you need to use the menu element in custom header builder. The Mega menu only works with the custom Header as of now.
The footer builder works similar and you can assign it to all pages or certain pages of your site using the conditional settings.
If you need any help with setting it up, please feel free to open a support ticket, and we will do the needful. As of now we don’t have any tutorial on the menu builder and footer builder.

The question is very simple how the answer should be and I think it is also useful for those who have to buy the plugin by seeing the experience of those who have bought it like me. I asked your site details, so I can help you get the menu sticky if possible, as making the menu sticky is not directly possible from within the plugin, as there are some limitations based on the theme styling and the header structure etc.
I guess there’s some confusion. I just asked you to submit a support ticket with your site URL, so I can check it for you, and not to verify your license and create a new test etc.
Making rows sticky causes conflicts with a few themes, so we have not added that option.

Hi,
In order to make the column sticky, you just need to turn the setting ON in the column settings. If the sticky column does not work, there might be an overflow:hidden property applied in the parent HTML nodes. Can you please submit a support ticket with the details, so we can take a look and provide you with a solution if it does not work for you? Some themes do apply the overflow hidden on the wrapper, which causes the conflict with sticky columns.

No, the plugin does work fine with both – frontend and backend editor. However, all of our elements does work fine with the frontend editor as well, which most of the add-ons do not work well.

Do you mean the services menu with the list of links? There’s no need to use the icon list element. You can get that part of the website designed easily with a normal list with a small styling. We are currently working on the sticky part of the columns and rows, and it will be shipped in the next update.

The reason i use page builder is because I am not good at CSS. So i dont know how to make the same styling like in the example because the styling comes from the extension.

The dynamic content feature only works for the current post the element is being used in. It pulls the post meta information such as post title, date, excerpt and the other fields available as post meta.
Currently, you can’t pull the data from another post/page etc. I hope this helps.
