It seems there’s an issue with the key you’re using. I suggest building the APK directly using Construct 3.
It is possible to limit the number of times in the loop that questions are asked. I would like only 3 questions to be asked.

could not open project because it is from a new construct version 2 release 279 my release is 262 what could I do to get open the project?
extract the .capx file with 7zip or winrar, then open the .caproj file using notepad, find <saved-with-version> you will find <saved-with-version>27900</saved-with-version>, 27900 is r279, replace it with your construct 2 version, maybe r262 is 26200, so change it to <saved-with-version>26200</saved-with-version> then save the changes.
after that, select all the files that have been extracted and edited earlier compress them into a .zip file then change the extension to .capx
