We currently have no plans for a blog system, we generally recommend running Wordpress as a blogging system instead, as it does a far better job than anything we’d be able to do.

The Documentation states that you should first log-in, and after that access the /admin panel. Login using the credentials you’ve added during sign-up, and after that you can access the /admin path.

This only happens when the input is empty, we’ll make sure this get fixed. These tools require text in order to work, you wouldn’t submit an empty form. If you provide the actual content, it will work.

That’s not a bug. Those are the number of analyzed pages and the number is correct. Just because you’ve deleted a project, doesn’t mean you didn’t analyzed that number of pages.

Thanks! One last question, do you plan to implement the same system as phpshort when creating plans? The current phprank system is very bad, the free plan has no difference in features from a paid plan.

It’s been almost a year since we’ve released this product, and we’ve only had two customers who said they would prefer the phpShort Pricing model instead, so I wouldn’t say the current system is “very bad”, on the contrary.
Keep in mind that your needs, and your vision may be differ from ours. The software is offered “as-is”, and your purchase decision should be done on what the product is today.
With that said, we do plan to look into reworking the Pricing model in the future.

Google Custom Search API is required for the SERP checker and Indexed Pages checker (optional), KeywordsEverywhere API is required for the Keywords Research tool, and the Thum.io for the Screenshots (optional). With the Regular license, every user is on the “free” default plan. You can change this plan, of course, but you cannot create different plans. The Extended license allows creating different plans with different number of available reports in exchange for a monthly/yearly fee.

1. In order for the Pricing section to appear, you must enable at least 1 payment processor first. You can do this from Admin > Settings > Payment Processors.
2. Did you activated your Extended license in Admin > Settings > License?
3. Wrong SMTP credentials in Admin > Settings > Email. Triple-check your SMTP credentials and correct them.

Could you please provide us with an URL to your website and a way to reproduce the issue? 419 generally means the page took too long to load, or the csrf token has expired (e.g: you’ve left a page in idle for a while, and then you tried to do an action on it).

Will there be more options for customizing plans? Like “Free” plan can have ads and more limited reports? Restrict tools to paid plans and so on? I feel like it’s not enough difference between paid and free. You can simply create more users and get more reports.
Another example is white label, updates and API. Wish I could make this a paid plan.

Noted your feedback, thank you for your suggestions. This is definitely something we’re considering doing. Please keep sending them. Currently, for a Plan rework (if we are to rework them) there’s Reports (in number), access to Tools, access to API, access to sitemap crawling, and access to white label features. No plans to add a limited report for now, however we are open to rework the Plans list of features to work similar to how our other software (phpShort) works.

your tool has a big deficit.
When user books a monthly duration, than after one month its stops invoicing… Thats really bad, you kill with that the monetization.
Normally it should work as follow: User can decide, yearly or monthly. And after this the tool generates invoices up to the time the user will cancel. Why it ends automatical? User can decide it…
Please update this or give the admin the possibilty to configure this.

For monthly and yearly recurring payments simply use our Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, or Razorpay integrations, as already described here: https://codecanyon.net/comments/28744339 – bank and cryptos are one time payments, due to the nature of how these system work.

There is no nature for that. You can create an invoice and let send it per mail too.. simple as that!
I dont get it why you ignore the user wishes… the PDF report is absolutly catastrophic. I dont know any tool who advertise with PDF report and deliver no PDF report. This completely pulls down the whole potential of this tool.

The app is good but it lacks features like: - download PDF report - Analyze the other pages of the site (several pages) - View a SERP report for each project .. ..

1. Pages will appear in the footer, not in the header (if you enable the option for it).
Perhaps we could add the option to display them in the Header in our next update, however we didn’t really received this request before. Is there a specific use case for why you’d want them to show up in the header?
2. Prices are available only if you’ve purchased an Extended license.
3. You can display Tools on the homepage from Admin > Settings > Advanced > Tools > Guest (Enabled).
4. You can analyze multiple pages at once, by providing a sitemap via the sitemap option: https://streamable.com/ioak8e
5. You can download PDF reports like so: https://streamable.com/sgndjx
6. Our installation services do NOT include any sort of configuration, and that’s clearly specified in the Services section of our website, so not sure why would you ever imply such a thing.

Hi. Not able to install this in a subfolder of my website, will not give me any SEO benefit to my website. Subfolders is a different website for Google. Any chance to modify it, so I can install it in a subfolder and increase my already built website traffic?

phpRank is a stand-alone software and needs to be ran as such. It must be installed in the top level of a domain or subdomain, it does not work in subfolders.
