How can I use Molli to pay and get it away from him?

The plugin hasn’t any particular support for that payment gateway

Wie kann ich Molli benutzen fürs bezahlen und das von ihn weg machen

Please, post questions in English. Thank you.

HI. I’m disappointed about that on “waiting for approval” status, there is a blink on the 2nd dot “the order has been approved” (that is in a disabled gray). My comprehension would be that blink dot is the current status of the order. This is the case for rejected or approved status that are blinking dot. (so at this time, the 2nd dot always blink). Don’t you think that on the “waiting for approval” status, this is the 1st dot that should blink ? It make me confused… At this time, i disable blinking by overriding css

Hi,
thank you for contributing, I’ve improved the UI in the new 6.9 version.

so you disable blink on 2nd dot. I would think that you make the 1st dot blinking as it is the active state… Also as a feature request, you could also show other steps in the timeline. For my case, i use approve-then-pay mode. Once the customer has been approved, it has to pay, so the workflow is not finished, but only a portion of it is represented… Not so simple i think to take care of multiple possibles states I think that timeline is a great idea and a killer feature (it make me decide to adopt the plugin). Perhaps it could improved

Yes, now the first step blinks when in waiting for approval state: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ko2utgp4gnsrfk6/wcoa_blink.jpg?dl=0 (try purging your browser cache, it could be it is still loading the old CSS files)

Thank you for your suggestion, I’ll trying doing my best for future releases.

Hello. I have a feature request : to be able to add a public note (as it is a standard woocommerce feature) when rejecting an order. Especially on action button in Orders summary (with a popup). This would allow to explain to customer why order is rejected. Or perhaps implementing something like message thread in your other plugin “WooCommerce File Approval”.

I also bought “WooCommerce Upload Files” and i try to make it work with WooCommerce Order Approval so a customer upload files that need to be validated before processing order. If file is not validated, customer would be able to delete and reupload it again from it’s order page. My used case : i try to use your plugins for a sport membership shop where members buy licences and have to upload several documents (medical certificate…) that need to be validated before go further (payment)

Do you have something like that in your roadmap ?

Hello,
the order approval plugin already allows you to display a message in case of order rejection.

You can sent a custom message specific to each order via the order details page: https://nimb.ws/0iN1cb or configure a general one via the Texts menu!

Hello. I purchased your Woocommerce Order Approval plugin with a license. Now I have a few questions. How can I get support?

You can post question here

I using another language in my website. How can I translate some texts? Like “Pay” button, order statuses (Waiting for approval and etc.)?

the plugin ships with a .pot translation file named woocommerce-order-approval.pot (located in the language folder inside the plugin) that allows you to translate its string. You need to use a po editor (like https://poedit.net/ ), create a .po file for your language, translate the strings you need, and save. It will create a .mo file that you have to save back with the .mo file into the language folder

The .po and .mo files must be named woocommerce-order-approval-it_IT.po and woocommerce-order-approval-it_IT.mo where it_IT is the language code for Italian, replace with the one for the language you need.

A couple of days ago I asked for a refund for the plugin because it doesn’t work as it should in my project. When it is activated, the option to pay by card disappears in products that are “not selected” in your plugin. In this way it is impossible for customers to pay for a product at the moment when it does not need confirmation.

As I understood, the plugin should let you pay for a product that does not need confirmation as long as there is no other product in the cart that does require confirmation. Is this correct?

It also happens that the option “Consider also products belonging to subcategories of the selected categories?” It is enabled and cannot be disabled. Every time I deactivate it and save the changes, it reappears as active.

I asked for the refund as have limited time to finish this task. Is there a quick solution that you can think of about this problem? Thanks

I’m really sorry but as reported in the refund decline motivation, refunds are not granted because the software does not offer a feature it never claimed to have.

The demo site is available to avoid this kind of scenario: the user must fully test the software in order to be sure it actually fits his needs and expectation.

Otherwise, unfortunately, any user could use such argumentation to get money back and continue using the software for free. The authors haven’t any tool to verify this kind of scenario.

I’m sorry, but the plugin hasn’t either any trial version that allows you to revoke the already-activated license. Thank however for your suggestion.

FYI – A couple of days ago I finally bought the “Order Approval for WooCommerce” plugin that says it does the same thing as yours, and coincidentally has the same setting options… And guess what, it worked at first. So thanks for wasting my time and money!

I’m very glad you found a solution that suits your needs.

Hi,

I am having a little challenge implementing the oder pay page. Once they customers make their order and is approved, the order pay page seems to me missing. www.ranalocredit.com There is a test product you can use to troubleshoot.

Thanks Eddie

Hi eddy, the payment page is not managed by the plugin. As you can see by editing the approval_area.php template you find inside the templates\frontend folder, the payment page URL is generated by invoking the native get_checkout_payment_url() (https://woocommerce.github.io/code-reference/classes/WC-Order.html#method_get_checkout_payment_url) on line 53.

If you wish to customize that process, you need eventually to give a look at the WooCommerce plugin source code.

I have the ‘Support for WooCommerce Order Approval’ plugin active and licence activated [03a01992-c59b-42bf-a8c1-6b980c1d2f71].

Settings: - Approval workflow: wait for the approval and pay - Pending payment checked under ‘Order statuses to be considere as Waiting for approval’ - Automatic approval turned off - One product category excluded from order approval

Problem: On ordering products in that excluded category, the order is approved but the customer can’t pay at the checkout. They shouldn’t have to pay separately for products that don’t require approval, those products should act like normal WC products

I’m sorry, but you can never pay at checkout even if an order is automatically approved.

If the order is automatically approved, the customer will still be redirected to the thank you page where the approval message is displayed and he can pay the order via the “pay” button.

Note that products cannot be paid separately. Until the order is under approval waiting, no payment (not even partial) can be performed. Once approved, the customer will be able to pay the whole charge.

For some reason the plugin marks orders as paid when waiting for approval!

Woocommerce considers all the status that are not “waiting for payment” as if the order has been paid.

Hello! Thank you for the awesome plugin. Is there an option to add a third step that shows that order is paid?

Hello, Thank you for your appreciation. I’m really sorry, the plugin hasn’t such an option.

Hello. Would like to buy WooCommerce Order Approval plugin, but thinking, if it will be suitable to use with Paysera payment plugin (this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-payment-gateway-paysera/). Maybe you will be able to check it and let me know. It will be very helpful.

Thank you in advance :)

Hi,
if you send me a private message (click on my name then use the low-right box) reporting your email, I can send you a link to a private demo site where you can test both plugins in action. So you can be sure they work together as you need and expect.

Now i have two similar statuses cancelled and rejected can this be united into one status because it’s a bit confusing ?

I’m sorry, but those statuses refer to two distinct order statuses and cannot be united.

Order is cancelled when for example an users fails the payment during the checkout. This status is a native status managed by WooCommerce.

Order is rejected when the admin disapproves the order. This status is implemented by the WooCommerce Order Approval plugin.

I cant get it to install. I get this message:

Installing plugin from uploaded file: codecanyon-iZH0HRTS-woocommerce-order-approval.zip Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed. Go to Plugin Installer

I did purchase it for 1 website.

Hi

That’s because you are trying to install the zip file that contains both the documentation and the plugin package. Un zip it, you will find a file named woocommerce-order-approval.zip . That the one to install!

Hi, 2 pre-sale questions.

1. I understand from the docs and demo that the customer dosen’t need to refresh browser to see if the status changes, great. But what about in the backend? If the restaurant owner has the ‘Control Panel -> WooCommerce -> Orders page open, he will need to refresh to see if any new orders has arrived? I think that was the case to me when I tried your demo.

2. Can the owner do anything else than accept or decline? Will it be possible to accept, but postpone the time in busy hours with fx. 10, 15, 20 minutes?

All the best

Hi
  1. yes, this doesn’t depend on the plugin. This is the normal Woocommerce behavior
  2. I’m really sorry, the plugin hasn’t such a feature

Hi,

I’m keen to purchase this plugin. However, is there a refund if it doesn’t work according to my system’s flow?

Regards, Indran @ RentSmart

Hi,
I’m sorry but the refund policy won’t grant a refund for such reason. The plugin however has a demo site where you can recreate your scenario and fully test the plugin features.

good day, when displaying messages in the basket, the numbers 94809480 are displayed on the left, what does this mean?

Hi, To ask for support you need to use an account with a valid purchase and support licenses associated with it

Hi, i installed the plugin but cant get it to work please help. i get an internal error when placing the order

Eddie

Hi Eddie,
Could you please enable the WordPress debug mode and debug log ( https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/ ). To do that insert the following lines in the wp-config.php you find on the root of your site:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
reperform the test and see if more clues are reported in the debug.log located in the wp-content folder. Thank you for your collaboration.

Hello,

Pre-sale Question:

I’m looking for a way to the “customer” approve the product at delivery before he’s charged. Can your plugin do that?

or do you have another plugin capable of doing that?

Thanks in advance,

— GM

Hi,
I’m sorry, the plugin is not designed for that. The order is eventually approved by the Admin.

Is there any way to block Rejection after approval was already granted?

I’m sorry, it is not possible.

Is it smth you would consider adding over time?

I’m sorry, fo now there isn’t any plan for that. Thank you however for suggesting, I’ll do my best for future releases.

Hello, I am interested in getting your plugin but we do ask for a downpayment with another plugin, Woocommerce Deposits – Partial Payments Plugin. Are these 2 plugins compatible? Thanks.

and can I use credit card payment?

Hi,
the plugin hasn’t never been tested in conjuction with that plugin.
