Doar din acest mesaj nu putem intelege mai nimic. Va rugam sa deschideti un ticket si va fi rezolvat intrun timp foarte scurt, sa fim siguri ca aveti campania/pagina ready pentru perioada de black friday.

- Ce inseamna ”+ Plugins”? Este clar ca in functie de ce plugins sunt instalate pe site, pot aparea (sau nu) anumite probleme (cel mai probabil vizuale) – pe care nu le putem preveni 100%

Puteti trimite un ticket cu credentialele de la site sa aruncam o privire? Vom incerca sa va ajutam cat de mult putem. Teoretic daca ati setat ok pluginul, acesta va functiona cu siguranta, dar putem arunca un ochi peste configurare (gratis).
Daca trimiteti ticket azi, postati aici linkul sau ID-ul ticketului sa prioritizam.
Am trimis un email direct aici pe profil, va putem da acces via Anydesk. Ok. Problema e ca nu putem colabora cu teamviewer sau anydesk sau orice alt tool. Putem discuta prin ticket pentru ca asta e modul de suport oficial. Orice altceva ar implica cost suplimentar.
Ne puteti macar trimite un video la campania de black friday (toate optiunile setate) + setarile de la plugin?
Ideea e ca bine e sa testati intrun server de dev punand o data anterior (ca si cum campania e activa) ca sa va faceti o idee cum se vede atunci cand e live (maine dimineata).
Ideea suportului e sa va ajutam, nu sa va luam informatii. Avem peste 23.000 de clienti si chiar nu ne intereseaza decat ca ce vindem sa fie ok pe website-ul dvs.
Daca aveti probleme de incredere, atunci va putem ajuta doar teoretic, din 99.9% din clienti ne dau acces pt ca altfel nu ne putem da seama despre ce probleme ar fi/ar putea aparea.
Am facut asta cu Testing-ul pe DEV dar atunci cand am pus pagina de BF ca si main a aratat asa -> https://imgur.com/a/6XoF55u (chiar daca am facut noi clear cache, nu s-a schimbat nimic) iar acum pe seara am observat ca si pictogramele de la contul/cosul meu sunt dublate, speram sa fie ok totul maine si speram de asemenea sa veniti cu niste update-uri de plugin, este posibil sa fie undeva o incompatibilitate de CSS ?! ne putem da seama cum si unde? Apropo de acel ID de YT, nu scrie nicaieri ca trebuie pus ID-ul de YT, campul numindu-se Video URL Mai e o chestie, tot ca feedback, pui pagina de BF ca si MAIN “din timp” ex: seara asta din Settings > Reading practic url.ro/black-friday devine pagina ta main url.ro, dar nici tu ca admin nu mai poti accesa url.ro din backend, iti arata tot pagina de Black Friday :/
+ Mai este o chestie care ar trebui corectata, daca setezi din Settings > Reading practic url.ro/black-friday si devine pagina ta main url.ro ce rost mai are butonul “back to website” ? ca duce tot in url.ro/black-friday care este de fapt url.ro, site-ul nostru este live, se poate “testa” epic keys.ro (fara spatiu). later edit: Cart Contents on Header nu face update in timp real, trebuie sa dai refresh mereu ca sa vezi ce este in cos. later, later edit: nu ar trebui sa existe si un Display de discount Procentual la nivel de produs ?
Linkul de la Butonul de back to top este schimbabil. Este absolut clar ca acolo veti pune linkul de la home. mai exact site.com/home sau cum se cheama pagina

It worked after the update indeed. But we did an extra check and removed the other campaigns.
You can check it now (and please only use one channel to discuss) here in comments or via email. Do not send the same thing on two different channel otherwise you will only delay the responses.

The easiest way to upgrade it is to remove the old version and upload the new one. For the new version you have to follow the new documentation in order to be able to fully set it up correctly.

no no. you should migrate the site + the database if you want the same settings.
Migrating just the plugin is not a solution.
Archive the full WP site + export database and import to the new site. Or ask your hosting to do that (they usually do it for free).
Or simply do the settings manually one by one (there are not many settings)
Before i had a WP website with a menu to link to one other WP website where was your plugin. no, i want to change domain name for have all together (WP website with menu to link your plugin in the same WP website). so i moved my main WP website to new domain, was ok. now, i want to import all settings from your plugins to the new domain website

There is no option to export the settings. Just set them 1 by one. There are only a few options. This for the settings.
For the campaigns, Export them from Tools – Export, and from Tools – Import import them on your new site.
Again, set the settings by hand 1 by one.

How another domain? You will need to have products on that domain for this template to display them.

You cam move it to another domain (as long as you remove it from this current domain). 1 theme can only be activated on 1 single domain.

This is how it should work:
1. Usually real ecommerce shops are using our plugin (assuming that we are talking of a real shop with homepage / contact page / contact information on it).
2. The black friday landing page is actually a new page on that site.
3. The return to home link is a custom link (and can be set to drive you to the contact page or to the home page of the site).
4. In our live demo, we have no forms created because is a presentational website.

You can link the button to a contact form made with any contact form plugin (Contact form 7, for example).

1. Adding products for sale is done via the woocommerce discounts (not via our plugin) – the plugin will list your sale products in an attractive way for your customers.
2. By following the 1st point, you can add discounts as per your wish (the best way is to bulk import discounts via CSV – when the campaign is finished re-import the regular prices) – the plugin will only list your sale products.
3. Social login is a separate thing – can be added via a social login plugin: there are plenty of them free and premium.
4. You can add such link instead of this button:
