I also suggest you enable gpay for over three months have not been able to make sales because most of my customers are finding it difficult to use the inbuilt payment gateway. Kindly assist in adding squad, gpay,paystack usd,and tranzo. If you can not add all gpay paystacksquad and paystack shoud be enabled.

Bulk calling are used for promotional and marketing calls and that is one of good thing but there are many purpose where we receive customers leads/orders/complaints and there too we make call to customer.
also since you are developing it to receive call too so without local indian number it is impossible to receive call in india.
so for bulk outbound call this script is good but currently this script is not good to use it as customer service or receive inbound calls because if I choose us or any country number then it will cost a lot of money to customers.

Servetel provides Indian local number, Inbound/Outbound calling, Call recording etc
Also, they have API too and I have discussed with them and they can arrange a meeting with you too.

Hi guys i think this application is lucking some key features of call forwarding to a realtime phone number so that people can receive the call directly to there mobile line or landline setup department options for agents answering calls e.g dial 1 to call sales team option 2 dial 4 to call billing department as well ivr imput and api for phone number purchase from twilio search and add from admin and make them available for subscriptions but the admin should put markup on phone numbers. please confirm when all this will be done please because at the end of the day some of us we are waiting for this feathers to avoid missed calls and cliet out reach to more effective.
then in the future enable text marketing , ussd api and video calling features for peer to peer for meetings and system api docs for more connectivity

2. Currently there is now multi-providers system because the application is using Twilio service, but I can add other providers only in the campaign calling.
