A Firebase Project has to be created and Agent & Admin Apps are to be created in the same Firebase Project. As soon as Admin App is run it will be automatically connected to the Agent App.

There was mentioned in your replies that Mobijet Agents & Customers App is RTL and it is available in Multi-language.
Mobijet Admin App is not RTL since it is not available in Multi-language.
Multi-language is likely to be introduced in Mobijet Admin App by the next week or so.

It is not a SAAS product. Mobijet is supposed to be hosted by any single organization for their own use only (for managing their own Customers, Agents, and Chats)
