what to do when our country is not in twilio list, vietnam country in asia region

if twilio is not supported to your country, that will be highly risk to use Teleman for local use. but if you want use for international like usa, Australia, china, this can help you to tele marketing you business.

Hello Team,

My ideea is that in Teleman to develop a fllow that can be used in this way:

The user of the Teleman platform can make voice calls through the Android application and use the SIM card.

The voice call must be automatic, recorded and in one direction. The called person will hear the message but will not be able to talk to the person who called during the call.

The called person should be able to select an option by pressing a button.

The application should have the ability to store, delete, move the data according to the customer’s selection.

The application should have the possibility to recall and the campaign to work in a certain period of time (hourly interval and/or days)

The work fllow:

We will take an example. A company will buy/extract the Linkedin data of 100 people it considers leads. These leads are from Europe and we have to respect some things related to GDPR and ethics in business

GDPR: We cannot send sms/calls to natural and legal persons who do not have public data without their consent.

Ethics : We do not call people in the morning before 9 am, in the evening after 6 pm, on weekends.

The campaign call must have this structure and to be configured.

Steps to reproduce the call:

1. User of the paltform upload the leads manual or csv an create a campaign;

2. Upload the first message in audio format ( message1 ) – first user input

3. Upload the second message in audio format ( message2 ) – second user input

4. Upload thank you message for unscubscribe from the campaign ( message3 )

5. Upload thank you SMS message – audio ( message 4 )

6. Upload message 5

7. Setup the start and end date of the campaign ( 9:00 – 18:00 monday – friday . If the campaign it s not finish at 18:00 will be in postponed/pause until next day morning and restart from the point where is finish last day ).

8. Setup of the SMS message “Hello, The offer that you need to know is here! Please go to www.nameofdomain.ro . Thank you!”

Message can be register with speach to text from Amazon, Google, etc.

Example of the call

1. Start -> “Hello, My name is X and i call you from Y company. This is a automatic and recorded message from us. We want to present our new offer. If you want to listen the message please press 1”, if not press 2 and your phone number will be delete for our campaing”. This is the “message1” record and first user input 1 or 2

If press 1 -> Thank you for your curiosity. Today we can offer you X,Y.Z and price X,Y.Z. If you want to see the offer please press 1 to receive a sms with the link to order or press 2 if you want to be called back by one of our agent. ( message1 and user input )

If press 2 -> Thank you for your option. Your number was delete from our database. If you want to know more about us pleasee call us. ( message3 )

If press 1 -> Thank you for your interest. A message will be send very fasst to your phone number. Please check in 5 minute. Bye bye – the call is END automatic ( message4 )

If press 2 – > Thank you. One of our agent will call you back asap. Bye Bye – the call is END.

The delete/unsuscribe of the phone number need to be marked in campaing. Maybe new tab for this number.

The call back for agent need to be marked in campaign. Maybe new tab.

If this can be done with android app will be great.

If you can do with Twilio, Plivio – user need to buy minutes and number from the platform and after that to setup the account and start the campaing.

You tell some linux board. Is like arduino, raspberyy with gsm module ? This is a option and the admin of Teleman to sell this board to customers who want to use it this service.

Please send me your opinion and feedback. This solution now isn in the market. I am in the call center industry for 16 years. All the solutions is 10k above and small business can afford this.

If the solution is good i can create a document with all the flows, screens.

Also is good if the person who was call press the key to be “call back by a agent” this new “lead” ( phone number, name of the customer, company ) to be import in Perfex CRM the tab Leads.

About the re-call -> if a number it s not answered first time, to be called 3 times with some intervals to be setup.

Call back : 1, 2, 3 times – custom

Interval : after 30 minutes, 60 minutes or after all the calls are run this to be call again.

Can you check and also speak with the owner of the Zender ( https://codecanyon.net/item/zender-android-mobile-devices-as-sms-gateway-saas-platform/26594230 ) to build a plugin for Teleman. They have a platform for SMS/Whatsapp with andoid gateway app. User can use his own number to send/receive SMS. Also they develop a lot of functionality, hooks, api. Maybe it s a possibily to use the andoird app for Teleman.

Thanks for your quick response. If someone doesn’t have the copy of the all of this update version for example 1.5.3 is not downloaded but I need to updated to 1.5.4 then this process will not work. Work around is you have to keep adding the old patches inside the download package. Thank you for your time.

Hello, Do you have a date for user input ivr functionality released ?

Think that the admin need to buy the number monthly. If the customer is not buying anything admin pays and lose money.

everything is advanced payment, and admin do not need to buy before, admin just display the number, after the order, admin will purchase.

Ok. But this is this is complicated for the admin and complicates the business model. Also the client: - He does not have access to his number, which he pays in full. - He cannot use inbound calls if someone calls him after the outbound campaign - in the case of fraudulent/spam calls, the owner of the number is the admin, and in case of a complaint, Twilio will be contacted and then the admin, and the admin must provide explanations about the customer.

The best solution for admin and customer is the customer to buy the number and setup his own Teleman account and Dialer for inbound calls. Customer pays for using the platform.

please check the Google repatcha. Some clients faced the same issue and I already fixed it.

for manually disable the repatcha, because you can not login. Go to .env find GOOGLE_RECAPTCHA make it NO. then go to database find application table, then google_recaptcha_mode make it NO.

IVR Inbound sales calls answering with transfer by extension number to an external number is what we thought you were going to release when you used the term IVR. By your recent responses to comments it seems you have no plans of releasing anymore. If this is true then we would want a refund. Please let us know your roadmap plan with inbound call handling features?

I already done the 70% work of the IVR system. but I pause the progress due to massive change off the application. So, I am waiting for the version 2.0.0 release.

I checked your demo site, I’m quite interested in purchasing this app but the only concern is about the provider. currently I’m working with plivo and telnyx for sms api, they are lot cheaper than twilio. is it possible for you to add plivo for calling as well?

Yes. bulk calling. Live call will work with Twilio. bulk calling means single or multiple outbound calling.

and what if customer calls on the ivr number? can agents receive calls?

There is no incoming calling yet . I am working on many tasks. Everything will come one by one. it takes time only.

One more question, instead of charging a subscription. Can we charge by the minute or a flat rate per call?

Actually it is charging by minute per call, The users are purchasing credit from the subscription.

Can you do call transfers? For example, an agent is talking to a customer and needs to transfer the call to another phone number while the customesr i on hold. Is that possible with your script?

Call transfer is not available. The application is built for outbound calling. Like selling a product or promotion a product via live call.

Can we not use of own voip number or do we have to use twilo.

The application using Twilio API to make live calls. Own number is not yet developed. thanks

This Teleman VOIP Script using only one Gateway namely TWILIO, are you working on adding new additional gateways like Bandwidth (whose API is here: https://dev.bandwidth.com/apis/global/#tag/Voice or its PHP SDK: https://github.com/Bandwidth/php-sdk ) and SIGNALWIRE: https://developer.signalwire.com/guides/voice-overview/ ???

If so, when can we expect the release of new versions including new VOIP gateways ???

yes. I know. but some major changes is coming. Each customer will get their own phone number. This will be a major update. After that I will focus on dial pad.
