I made this game so if you have a valid licence (you have purchased on codecanyon or any other store) you will not have copyright problems.
Before you publish it it is recommended to reskin it. Because other customers may already have published the original version. Play store and app store will not allow two of the completely same apps on the store. You will need to reskin in a little bit, just change colors, font, background etc… This is true for any template that you can purchase online.
